Story
Rehoming fee negotiable Over the past year, Lucy has started showing aggression with the other dogs in the house. She has attacked 2 other dogs in that time: Our 75 pound male boxer, who needed immediate surgery for his wounds and a miniature dachshund who had tooth puncture wounds down to his muscle. The attacks were completely unprovoked Because of all of the circumstances above and more, we’ve made the decision that rehoming Lucy would be the best decision for us and Lucy. Ideally she needs to be the only dog in the home, that is non-negotiable. She has made it very clear that she’s a people dog. She really needs a fenced in back yard - she LOVES running around outside and sunbathing on the patio. Lucy is 100% house broken, she’s spayed, she knows sit and shake as long as she isn’t distracted. She would love a home where she has a person or people with her most of the time. She loves snuggling and she loves sleeping in bed with her humans.

Story
Ella is a great dog but needs to be in a low stress environment. Our home is too active. She is energetic, loyal and loves to be petted! She enjoys playing tug-o-war --she usually wins--- and chewing on toys. Ella feels safe in her kennel and prefers to sleep there.

My friends call me Mackaroni-And-Cheese cause I’m such a cheese ball! I’m a big ole goof with lots of energy and I love to play! I am also very affectionate and adore belly rubs! While I get along with most dogs, I do like to chase small animals, so no cat, rabbit, or chicken friends for me! I can also be protective of my people on walks so I would prefer a home with a fenced yard for my outside activites! If I sound like a good match for you, apply to meet me!   Approximate Birthdate:  October 2019 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL. Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.     For more information please fill out an application.     CONTACT INFO The Animal Rescue Alliance (TARA) Web site: tarasdream.org Adoption Information & Applications: https://tarasdream.org/adopt Upcoming Adoption Events: https://tarasdream.org/events Email: email@tarasdream.org October 3, 2023, 12:42 pm
