Betsy is a FUN dog who loves to be with other dogs, maternal and bouncy. She is not aggressive or bossy but does have a bark and her terrier DNA comes out when meeting new smaller dogs. She has spent most of her time with bigger dogs and enjoys being the 'shortie' of the playgroup. Betsy is not food motivated, nibbles through the day, but has managed to become a bit fluffy. 50 lb dog now, she loves car rides, water! and sunbathing. Betsy is spayed, up to date on vaccines and very health - a bit fluffy as she has matured, now 4 years old. Her breed had been a guess until now! a donated DNA test revealed the classic Houston mutt mix of American Pit Bull Terrier, Lab, Boxer, German Shepherd, Shar Pei, Chow Chow. She is a short dog with medium double coat and a sharp mind. Brandy is a 3 year old Boxer that is very sweet. I adopted her from a humane society at 8 months old. The only thing the humane society could tell me at the time was she didn’t have much or any socialization at that time. She is still shy around people but has never tried biting anyone when they would approach her to pet her. Her personality is laying next to me on the couch and loves being petted, she like a couch potato ,she very calm in the house except when its time to eat then she gets excited. She doesn’t chew on anything but her toys. She is completely potty trained. The only reason I need to rehome her is because my older dog is not getting along with her anymore and I’m afraid that my older dog is going to hurt her.
