This abandoned mama and her puppy are in need of safe care out of the heat as soon as possible. Please help us find a solution! My husband and I found them dumped near our home, but with a small baby and an intact male lab we don't have a safe place to keep them except a small dirt pen by our shop. We have contacted more than 50 rescues and shelters with no success. They are both very sweet! We took them to get all their vaccines, dewormer, heart guard, etc. but in the dangerous hot weather, they need a loving home with room to play.

Tucker is a fun loving, happy pup! He’s shy at first but warms up quickly and then he is full of adventure and life! He has a smile that is contagious. He is crate trained and house broken. He does well on a leash and knows basic commands. He does well riding in the car. Tucker likes being around children, and he is gentle. He is trained to not jump up. He loves other dogs and will play, chase, and wrestle for hours! He likes to chase cats, but cats don’t seem to like that very much. Chickens and ducks are just snacks to him, so maybe a home without chickens or a really secure chicken coop would be best. Alice came to Oklahome in October 2023 when we were contacted about a litter of puppies left in a wire crate on a porch in the rain. She was adopted into a loving home, but returned when her new owner suffered a terrible injury that prevents her for caring for Alice. Her prior owner put so much love and work into training Alice and now we are hoping to find her a forever family to continue loving her! Alice has the softest velvet ears and the best head tilts! She always looks at you when you talk like she understands what you’re saying! Alice loves to play in water when outside! Sprinkler or kiddy pool, she’s in! She is great with the other dogs in her foster home and loves to play with them. When inside, Alice loves to snuggle, she loves to snuggle with her people, but is also happy to snuggle up with her foster siblings when her people are busy! Alice is a very treat motivated and a smart girl! She has learned her basic commands, is crate trained, and will ring a bell to go let you know she needs to outside to potty. She also loves to give hugs and be lazy with her people. Lyla is chipped, spayed, and is all up to date on shots. She knows sit and wait especially at meal times and with treats. She loves car rides. She is an inside dog but does love to be outside in a good fenced in area with plenty of room for her zoomies. She would do best as an only dog and without young children in the home. She is crate trained and does very well sleeping in there at night!
