Sweet girl, who hates being outside alone. Super great cuddler, and couch potato. Hard no on cats or chickens and choosy on dogs but was with dogs From the foster My name is Momma Jerry, but my Foster Mom and her tiny human keep calling me princess and diva, because well I am a princess. I’m about 4 or 5 years old, and I’ve had lots of puppies, but now the show is all about me, because I’m a princess. I even stand and eat my food with one paw up like the royalty I am. I go outside and do my business but then I require to come right back inside, because well I’m a princess. I’m the most perfect girl. I LOVE my crate, but I LOVE LOVE the couch and snuggles even more. If you want a laid back gal who loves kids and love snuggles, and knows no personal space, I’m your gal!! I’m house trained, love kids, but when they get those loud toys and zoomies I just walk away from them. I love my toys, and play fetch, but I don’t really like when you take my toys out of my mouth. I will growl at you and show some attitude to get in the bath, but once I’m in the tub, I sit still but will throw all the shade I can with my facial expressions. I am getting some medical attention right now, I have these nasty heartworm things, but Foster Mom says, once I get all my medicine then I’ll be good to go!! Polu means blue in Hawaiian and Azul means blue in Spanish. He was named Polu for his one blue eye. He is 2-3 years old said to be potty trained, crate trained and leash trained but he's been homeless and is out of practice on all of it. Due to a divorce his previous owner became destitute and going from house to house and living in some very poor conditions. His last place was on the back porch in crates with blankets over them since the temps were so low. He and his 4 other siblings were to much for the last hosts of their mom and she was made to get rid of them. This guy has been through it and is going to need consistency and routine along with training and patience to get him where we know he will be. He know he will let his guard down when he knows he's finally in his forever home. He got a bath and blow dry and loved every single minute although he didn't want us to know it. A home check may be conducted. Foster / Adopters must have a fenced in yard. Once approved an appointment will be set up to meet the pet. If approved then the Foster to Adopt application will be signed by both parties. We will need original signatures. Duke, loves to play ball, he will play ball as long as he has someone to throw it for him. He needs someone who will give him attention and play with him. He keeps a clean crate. Tucker is a fun loving, happy pup!  He’s shy at first but warms up quickly and then he is full of adventure and life!  He has a smile that is contagious. He is crate trained and house broken. He does well on a leash and knows basic commands. He does well riding in the car. Tucker likes being around children, and he is gentle. He is trained to not jump up. He loves other dogs and will play, chase, and wrestle for hours!  He likes to chase cats, but cats don’t seem to like that very much.  Chickens and ducks are just snacks to him, so maybe a home without chickens or a really secure chicken coop would be best. He’s incredibly sweet, loves belly rubs, back scratches, snuggles, and (of course) TREATS!  He’s a good boy who is hoping to find his new best friend. ##1590437##
