Tony is very urgent. He is a really great dog just has high energy and needs more to life than a kennel. He has lived with kids previously and done well but he is so active that he may knock them over. He was found as a stray a couple years ago and now the family couldn't handle him. He needs an active home and to be the only pet.

Are you one to stop and smell the roses? If so, Rosie is looking for a home with someone who enjoys the finer things in life too! Rosie is a 2 year old, cane corse/boxer mix who was brought to ARC when her previous owners could no longer care for her. We have helped Rosie settled in here at the shelter, but we know she would do so much better somewhere where she can run around and roll in the grass all day. Her zoomies are the best thing about her- and she’d LOVE to show them off for you! She has the biggest smile which means her choppers are perfect at catching things mid air and if its not a toy you`re throwing her way make sure it is a treat because she loves those just as much. Rosie enjoys going for walks and is learning to walk properly on a leash. She has been such a sweet girl to everyone she has met so far and would love to find a home where she can be loved and cared for. Rosie is open to meeting other dogs (a meet and greet would be required at our shelter for any canine siblings, *NO CATS*). Rosie is spayed, microchipped & up to date on all vaccinations. He walks nicely on leash, knows his basic commands, and keeps his kennel clean, showing that he’s already got a great foundation of good manners. Sewanee is open to meeting other dogs, can be cat tested if needed, and would likely do very well in a home with kids. Story
Hi meet Sadie, she is a boxer mix and a great dog but can not be around other dogs or cats. She can be around children but I do not know if she can be around small children. She is somewhat housebroken, still needs training. She has received shot but needs to be up to date. She is spayed and chipped, I just do not have her chip information. I am not doing well health wise and I do live by myself. She also has some health issues with allergies and her ears are the most affected by the allergies. Right now Sadie has cauliflower ears due her scratching so hardon her own ears. I have been trying to maintaining her bathes and cleaning hers ears often but her ears are bad and needs medical attention. I have tried to take her to thevet but it is very costly for me and I cannot afford.She needs to be with someone that caresfor properly and tend to her health. She is a great dog and very affectionate. She is also very smart. I know with right person by her side she will be an even greater dog.
