Thor is full of personality, enjoys being around his people, and just wants to be part of a family again. He knows basic commands, is house-trained, and has been a well-loved companion. Thor would do best with adopters who can give him consistency, structure, and plenty of love. Thor has had positive prior experience with both dogs and children. He can also be kitty-tested upon request. Right now, Thor is in need of a foster or foster-to-adopt home while he undergoes evaluation and treatment for two masses.
