Roxy is my aunt's dog and she is as sweet as she looks. My aunt is sick and can no longer take care of the dog. I'm 6 states away and recovering from back injuries. So, Roxy needs a home. My aunt took her out, but I'm told Roxy had the occcasional accident. Since my aunt is almost 90, it's unknown whether the accident was hers or my aunt not hearing her ask to go out. I know she is deeply loved and my aunt is devastated. I don't know much else. I hope you give this sweet dog a new life.

We are calling this cutie pie Little Lady. She arrived at the shelter on 1/12/26 and unfortunately no one has come to reclaim her. Initially, she was very frightened by all of sounds and the new environment, but with patience and love she has warmed up. Little Lady is definitely loyal. When she left her kennel for the first time, she looked for her family the entire time. She walks nicely on leash and knows some commands. She readily sits for treats and takes them gently. Please stop by to meet Little Lady, she is a jewel who is ready for adoption. Little Lady is a 1-year Bull Terrier mix and weighs 45 pounds. She is UTD on vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Little Lady is waiting for her forever family. She is in run 54 and her ID # is 16290. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Drako is a low-key gentleman looking for his forever family! This sweet senior is a boxer mix, born on 6-27-2014, weighing 57lb. BarkVille Dog Rescue saved Drako from the Euthanasia list at an overcrowded GA shelter. He would be an amazing companion for a retired couple, or a family looking for an easy dog to love on! Drako enjoys the company of other dogs and likes to be close to his people. He is crate trained but prefers not to be completely alone - he likes to be crated near the other dogs in his foster home. He does show some signs of separation anxiety, so a family that is home often would be ideal for Drako. He walks well on leash, and is friendly and well mannered with everyone he meets. Drako is very loving and deserves to live the good life with a lucky family! His foster Mom reports he starts the day off lazy, and can become frisky in the afternoons - he has lots of personality!
