Story
Everly waqs born Mar 2019 and is a friendly, affectionate Boxer/Bulldog mix. She is a sweet, curious, playful girl who loves a soft bed, enjoys close physical contact with her humans, and likes to hold your hand or arm with her paw! She is a high energy girl who is progressing with her leash manners, has moments of running around the yard or in the house bounding on furniture, but is mostly a calm sweetheart who likes to curl up on the bed, couch, or dog bed to snooze. She likes other dogs, so we think she&#39ll do best in a home with a fenced yard and another dog for company. She is housebroken, crate trained, spayed, fully vaccinated & microchipped.September 5, 2024, 2:05 pm

Story
Tate was born in September of 2016 under a shed in a rural area outside of Atlanta and boy am I lucky that a rescue group found me and my siblings and took us in. My Mom was a Border Collie mix and I am not sure about Dad but he was obviously one handsome dude. I am house and crate trained. I am very nervous in new situations and with new people. Once I feel comfortable though I am just a big goofball and my favorite thing to do is snuggle. I prefer to stay inside where I feel safe so I will need someone to be patient with me and give me time to get acclimated. I will do best in a home without small children or other pets and with a fenced yard.September 5, 2024, 2:05 pm

Story
Drako is a low-key gentleman looking for his forever family! This sweet senior is a boxer mix, born on 6-27-2014, weighing 57lb. BarkVille Dog Rescue saved Drako from the Euthanasia list at an overcrowded GA shelter. He would be an amazing companion for a retired couple, or a family looking for an easy dog to love on! Drako enjoys the company of other dogs and likes to be close to his people. He is crate trained but prefers not to be completely alone - he likes to be crated near the other dogs in his foster home. He does show some signs of separation anxiety, so a family that is home often would be ideal for Drako. He walks well on leash, and is friendly and well mannered with everyone he meets. Drako is very loving and deserves to live the good life with a lucky family! His foster Mom reports he starts the day off lazy, and can become frisky in the afternoons - he has lots of personality! He can also be a Houdini at times too - sneaking out of a fence opening or wiggling out of his crate. Drako wants you to remember, age is only a number! He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about Drako, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org. Story
Barnaby is a happy and loving mastiff mix, born in April 2021, weighing 75lbs. This big guy has the sweetest face and is just a total love bug! Barnaby has a calm demeanor and enjoys being hugged and loved on by everyone. He is a lower energy boy and has wonderful leash manners - he walks slow and doesn&#39t pull at all! He is dog friendly, and although he has not been around kids just yet, his foster thinks he would love kids as well. Barnaby was a stray in Rockdale County and was roaming the area for months before he was finally caught and taken to animal control. Barnaby would love a calm home, with or without another dog, where he will get the love and attention that he deserves! He does have separation anxiety and likes to be close to his people, so someone that works from home or is home primarily will be ideal. Barnaby was treated for Heartworms and has recently had part of his tail amputated due to &#34happy tail&#34. Story
Meet Bandit, my 7-year-old purebred boxer. I have been with him since his birth, and he is the son of his late father who I also owned. Bandit has always had a companion, be it a fellow dog or a human at home. He is a lovable, laid-back dog that adores children and is extremely well-mannered. Bandit walks well on a leash, is housebroken, and is crate-trained. He loves having company, but things have been tough since I moved to an apartment, and he's been experiencing separation anxiety. Unfortunately, he's been howling, whining, and barking, causing my neighbors to complain. Bandit is truly a great dog who craves attention and companionship.

ROSS ~~ Boxer Mix, Fawn and White, Neutered Male, 68 pounds, DOB: 12/27/2021 Are you a one dog person looking for that one special dog? Come to Alpharetta and meet Ross to see if he checks off all the must haves!!! Ross has been with us for so long now and wants to go to his new home. He is looking for his forever person.... basically, someone that "gets him" and can't live without him. Come meet Ross today to see if that's you! FUN FACTS: Ross is super intelligent, very playful, and very curious about his surroundings. He likes learning new things and would do best with an active couple or family with older kids. Since he could use some basic leash and obedience training (nobody's perfect, after all), he may not be the best candidate around younger kids ~~ he tends to jump up in excitement. ENERGY LEVEL: Ross is a high energy, fun-loving, playful guy who would love his own fenced backyard to run around in. Do you have some cool toys or maybe even a pool, like to go for hikes or go running? Even better! Ross is food and treat motivated and will thrive in the right hands. OTHER PETS: Ross will need to be the only pet in the home. He does not get along with others and wants all the attention for himself. He is looking for an exclusive relationship with his favorite people. ADOPTION FEE/HEALTH: $65. His adoption fee includes one month of Simparica Trio (for heartworms, fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites). He's up to date on vet services, vaccines and is microchipped. We’re offering ½ off all adoption fees for pets one year and older to welcome Summer! MEET ME AT Crabapple Knoll, 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, GA. 770.475.8272. Weekdays 630AM to 7PM. Saturday & Sunday 8AM to 4PM. Closed on all major holidays. Visit Ross at least two hours prior to closing.

Story
What's not to love about me? I'm cute, petite, a super snuggler and I heard some guy named Rick wrote a song about me!!! I'm Jessie Girl. They say I'm a boxer mix, but I'm not even 40 pounds. Fommy thinks I might have some Boston terrier in me, which might explain my high prey drive. I love my 4 legged family members in my foster home, but they should probably not be in a farm setting. Also, no cats or rabbits, please. I'm a super snuggler who loves to be under the covers - and that's any covers; I'm not picky, but I especially love to be under yours so I can be all warm and cozy. I'm house-trained and crate-trained. What I don't do well is walk on a leash. I would need lots of patience and training. I can act very crazy and unruly while on walks, and even scream a bit because I'm over-excited, so teaching me how to redirect/refocus would be my number one priority. I would rather have a home that has a nice, secure,  tall fence. That way I won't get the crazies.   I'm just a simple family girl out here looking for her forever life. If that might be you, let's meet to see!     For inquiries, email inquiry@angelsrescue.org     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.   http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms   Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.   Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
So many famous Admirals in history, but first and foremost is me - I'm a famous Admiral! Meet Admiral, a neutered 8-year-old (12/13/2013) super energetic Boxer/Mountain Cur mix. He is lean and athletic and loves running and could probably command a naval fleet if needed.  Admiral will make the perfect companion for an active family.    Admiral is house and crate-trained and comes with a special escape-proof crate.  As a famous Admiral, he does need a fenced yard to run off his excess energy.  And a dog companion who likes to play and is around Admiral's size makes it easy to help this energetic guy settle down Admiral loves other dogs, playing, wrestling, chasing, and being chased. This handsome senior guy is ready for his own home where he gets lots of attention, play, and just being active! Just look at that goofy smile. Story
Hi, I’m Pistol Pete, my fosters call me Petey, I’m a strong, healthy, playful, boy that likes to play, run, fetch and am full of energy. I am just one years old, and hoping to find my forever home. I would love a fenced in yard, so I can play and sometimes just enjoy laying in the sunshine. I get along with other dogs, children, and I do well out and about on the town meeting new people and friends.    I might be a tripod, but I don’t know it, I have no problems with stairs or jumping into your lap if you’d like me to. I’m a loving, cuddly boy and I’m a fast learner, as you can see, I’m quite the handsome boy as well! Bentley is so loving and loyal. He is so chilled but alerts you when someone is approaching the house - a true protector. He has been the love of my life for 9 years since his birth and unfortunately my job is requiring me to travel abroad and Bentley needs a stable loving parent and/or family. He is motivated by snacks - his favorite is sweet potato doggie treats. He loves to play - wants you to pretend you’re taking his favorite toy away from him - he loves it! I feel so loved and safe in his presence and you will to. He deserves the absolute best parent(s) who can give him the love and care.
