Willow is a sweet girl with lots of energy. She was found under a bridge in Raleigh by a rescue. We believe she is about 10 months old. Willow is very social and loves to play with other dogs. She would thrive in a home with other dogs who will play with her and help her burn off all the energy she has. Willow lives with cats now, but sometimes plays too rough with them, though she doesn't mean to she's just too young to control her excitement, but she tries. She knows basic commands and is a minimal barker. She is crate trained and will sit and wait while you serve her meals. Willow needs an active house, when she doesn't get enough exercise she tends to get rambunctious and demands attention. She does well on hikes and car rides. If you're looking for a high energy, sweet pup, look no further!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sheldon is a 12 year old Bull Terrier, he weighs about 35 pounds.  Sheldon's human daddy can't physically care for him anymore so we took him in the rescue.  He is at our vets but needs a home or a foster home ASAP.   Sheldon is a sweet boy with a very happy tail, he is house trained and leash trained.  We updated him on his vaccines and added a Librela shot and he is seriously acting like a young boy again. Remy is about a 3 year old pitbull/ bully mix. Weighing about 38 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated and up to date on all shots and maintenance. She is located in wake forest Nc but I would be willing to drive or meet someone that is suitable to take her. She would do best in a home where she is the only dog and ideally with someone that works from home or just has flexibility and availability. She has been found to be reactive with other dogs.

This is a courtesy post. Please do not contact Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue for information. Contact information is provided below.Luna is a 4-1/2 year old Bully/Bulldog Terrier mix. She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations. She has a sweet personality, great with infants to big kids (she is used to 5 plus kids at a time), good with other dogs (has been around a Lab and a Miniature Schnauzer daily). She loves being outside but cannot stay out all the time due to overheating and sunburning easily.The owner uses a collar with a handheld device and when you press the beeping button she comes right back to you. She follows commands: "home" to come to the front door and come inside; "sit"; "paw" to shake hands; and "bed" to get in her bed.
