What my friends at Seattle Humane say about me:· In search of my very own emotional support human.· I find it scary to be home alone throughout the day, so a family that could keep me company would be the best for me at this time.· I am an energetic boy despite my age and would love a family that can keep up with me!Did you know that Seattle Humane has Puppy and Dog training classes? PLEASE DIRECT INQUIRIES AND APPLICATIONS FOR ADOPTABLE DOGS TO OUR FACEBOOK. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS VIA EMAIL DUE TO LIMITED STAFF. OUR CONTACT IS THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSENGER. https://www.facebook.com/REDRescueEveryDog/ Meet Jodi! This sweet, soft girl is a volunteer and staff favorite, she is a phenomenal dog with huge potential to be an amazing best friend to her new family. Jodi is a last chance for life dog out of Texas so not much is know about her past. Her estimated DOB is 5.2021, she weighs about 55lbs, and is guessed to be a Lab x Bull Terrier mix. She is good with other dogs, clean in her crate, and is working on her basic obedience. Jodi is looking for an adult only home or home with children 12+ who is interested in continuing her training and helping her reach her full potential as the amazing dog she can be. Most dogs require a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). We will be considering homes in W. Wa and possibly Oregon, no other out of state adoptions at this time. Adoption donation is $450. THIS DOG IS IN FOSTER CARE IN POULSBO, WA. Story
APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. SCOOBY is a big boy...at least 65#. His estimated DOB is 1/5/2020...so he is almost 4 yrs old. He is a very FUN dog and loves playing with other dogs but he is exuberant and easily intimidates smaller dogs. He would be a great companion dog for a large breed dog. He loves everyone and just wants to play. He has not had in-house training...in a shelter with lots of dogs, the big ones don't necessarily get the royal treatment. He has been leash trained and loves to go on walks. After he get rid of the initial excitement about going out, he walks gently on the leash. I do not trust him with a cat. If it runs, he will chase. He sees them as lots of fun. Scooby would be great with a family with older children. Smaller ones would probably get knocked down during playtime. He needs a home with large back yard, I would not recommend him for an apartment. Check out our YouTube Video: https://youtu.be/KD9BUCFmQCs This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period." If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/ This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. HICKORY cute 3 mo old puppy, DOB 2/8/24. He is expected to get up to about 45-55# when grown. This litter literally had at least 2 daddies...the 2 brown pups are probably hound/Lab mix (both girls). The two brindles could have some boxer (both boys). The Red Heeler mix (boy) is not from this litter...but came in at the same time. The Red Heeler is about 2 mos older than the rest. He is probably Heeler/Beagle mix. (See his individual advertisement with the name of LINUS.) These pups were found in a water culvert after a good rain. The lady that found them had her hands full with so many pups. They were in great need for all the medical… deworming, de-fleeing, and de-ticking. Of course, we also did the vaccinations. It took about a week of good food and they were looking 100% better…running and playing and barking at the top of their lungs. It was such a wonderful sound. They love to play with toys and people. They will make such great family dogs. Check out our YouTube Videos: https://youtu.be/Mai5ZKQE9ig https://youtu.be/1nxkOeZEkOg This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption.
