Story
We found this kitchen behind the dumpster about a year and a half ago we got her spayed. She loves to play with her dog and her son we had to move after having a baby and our new landlords do not allow cats or any animal that isn’t an emotional support animal. baby kitty is very friendly. She loves to be indoors and outdoors. She just needs somebody to love her. She loves cuddles she’s vocal and she’s hungry. she loves my son loves to play with her. She does love to run around. she gets along with cats for the most part. Our other cat passed away while having her but prior to that they got along fine. This is very sad for our family, but she needs better than being stuck outside somewhere cold and lonely and in the summer hot and lonely..

Sweet young female. Enjoys snuggling on laps. She loves the outdoors but has adjusted to being indoors only. We love her but she’s having problems with our male cat and think it’s best to separate them.

Story
Sky is a beautiful 10-year-old calico. My wife has had her for most of her life, when she rescued her from her initial owner. Sky likes to keep to herself, look out windows, and find treats in stimulating toys. Sky has severe inflammatory bowel disease and is always hungry, though she can’t seem to put on weight. She has gotten consistent veterinary care and is up to date on all shots and check-ups. We are looking to rehome Sky due to multiple factors. She is fine with dogs who don’t bark at her or chase her, but we have a dog whose primary interest in life is doing both of those things. It is highly stressful for Sky, despite our best efforts and extensive dog training and other changes we have made. Additionally, she needs continued vet care to get to the bottom of her complex IBD, which we can no longer afford. Her need to eat many times a day due to her IBD (wet food - she refuses kibble) has also become financially unsustainable. We hope that Sky can find the right forever home!

She also is spayed and is up to date on vaccines. She is very much a lap kitty, and is super sweet and affectionate. She absolutely loves eating (so she will need to be on a feeding schedule) and has been an indoor kitty her entire life. Coco's wonderful and caring owner just wants to find her a loving home. Please contact Chris for more information (text) at 916-618-3556 or email masfolsom@aol.com

Home to Home Contact: Krystal at krystallucas2011@gmail.com or 926-945-4841 Meet Nova, Nova is a little shy BUT also very lovey. She is a spayed female and is about 10 years old. She loves her humans and loves to be pet and get on your lap. She forces pets herself on me all the time lol. She is just under a lot of stress at her current home because there is too much going on. Even though she is a shy girl, she allows the kids to pet her and sometimes even rubs up on the dogs. When I first got her she was super scared and took a while to come out of her shell. I let her have a room to herself until she felt comfortable venturing out. She would really love a home that is quiet/calm and a human that gives her lots of love. All I want for her is to find a good home where she can relax and enjoy her life. Please contact Krystal at krystallucas2011@gmail.com or 926-945-4841 if interested in Nova.

Story
Our family adopted Penny from the Elk Grove Animal shelter in 2022. When we brought her home she was timid but within a week she warmed up to our family. We are a family of 4. 2 young kids. At the time we had 2 dogs and another cat. She got along with all of them very well. She’s very quiet. Her meow is hard to hear. She’s a sweetheart once she warms up. She likes to cuddle and be pet. She has recently started to pee outside of the litter box. She never did this before. This has only been happening this last month. It does not happen all the time. It’s starting to be overwhelming for me to keep up with. I would love to rehome her to someone or a family that would have time to work with her. She’s so sweet.

Very loyal kitty. Shy at first, but once he warms up he’s a cuddler. Loves to play with his toys or lounge around the house. We adopted him 5 years ago but have since had children and can’t give him the attention he deserves. Hope to find someone to give him a wonderful home, play with him occasionally and give him belly rubs.

Story
We have one short hair tortoise shell female cat whos 1 year 2 months old, her birthday is 3-5-23 and one short hair lynx point Siamese male whos 1 year 7 months old and his birthday is 9-22-22. They are indoor only, bonded, fixed, and have had all shots but will need their annual and rabies shots within a month or so. We are moving and cannot take them with us. We have had them since they were babies and they lean towards being more independent than needy. We would love to see them go to an adult home with no children or dogs that are settled in their homes long term. They do get nervous and in a new environment will take some time to come out of their shells and want to cuddle etc.
