After all, every leading lady needs to stand out.   I can be a little shy—and maybe a tiny bit spicy—with strangers, but once I feel comfortable, my true personality shines. I was adopted by a wonderful person I liked very much. Unfortunately, there was just one problem…I did not like her other cat.   My adopter gave me six months to adjust, but we all agreed I would be much happier as the one and only pet. And I completely agree!   When it’s just me and my person, I love coming over for attention, curling up in her lap, and soaking up all the cuddles. One of our favorite things to do is find spring and crinkle ball toys, toss them in the bathtub, and play soccer.  I love interactive play, enjoy lots of petting, and often drift off to sleep next to people. I get along wonderfully with my brother Geno and all other foster animals. We love curling up together and sleeping with our foster mom. Laramie and her brother Geno are positive for Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) which is a common virus in cats; they have no symptoms and require no medication. Because the virus is transmissible between cats Geno and Laramie should be the only cats in the home. Truffle is a sweet cat however she seems nervous around people, takes a while for her to warm up, she always been this way since birth , I would love to keep her but my daughter has asthma

Sylvia is a rescue cat we adopted as a kitten about 12 years ago. As a kitten she was sweet and playful, but as she's grown older she's become anxious around all people including me. She went through no trauma, as she grew up in our loving household. We suspect she may have some form of feline anxiety or cognitive decline. She is well behaved around other cats and dogs as she lived with both, and is litter-box trained once she's happy with the litter-box arrangement. About the most social she will ever get with me is allowing me to walk past her while she rests on the couch. She will never let me get within arms reach. When there is any commotion in the apartment she stays under the bed, but will come out when its quieted down. Sylvia is a difficult cat! She may never quite be a "companion" cat. But I also have not been able to put in the time required to see if her trust can be earned, which she deserves. She's cute, she's soft, and I refuse to let her go to a shelter. Please inquire!
