Peewee was adopted from the San Jose Animal Shelter in 2024. She is super sweet with humans and loves pets and rubs, but once she’s over them she will tell and show you so. Her best home would be with someone who can be with her often without dogs and cats. She loves to go outside and doesn’t mind car rides as she has been desensitized. Peewee loves to cuddle up on your pillow at night and is always by your side .

Mabel is a stunning lynx point Ragdoll mix, just over 3 years old, with gorgeous markings and a luxurious coat. Tootsie is a beautiful calico girl, around 4 years old, complete with striking gold eyes and a sweet, tri-color pattern. These two sweet girls are a bonded pair who would love to stay together in their next chapter. They’ve been cherished companions and are ready for a calm, quiet home that matches the peaceful environment they’ve known. Playtime Personalities Mabel is a thoughtful player—she adores her shiny green fish toy but likes a challenge! She prefers when you hide it behind a pillow or move it slowly so it’s not too easy to catch. Tootsie is more enthusiastic and will go after the fish toy or simple string toys when dangled above her. She also has a unique love for a soft soccer ball—kick it her way and she’ll jump, swat, and chase it with gusto (not your typical cat behavior!). Mabel isn’t a fan of the ball, but sometimes a gentle kick toward her favorite thick rug at the front door will send her scampering over to scratch it enthusiastically. Cuddles & Affection Tootsie is the ultimate cuddler—she’s been a pro at demanding pets since she was 9 months old and loves all the attention. Mabel took a bit longer to warm up (well into her first year), but now she’ll happily join her owner for couch naps and enjoys gentle cheek pets the most (back rubs are okay, but cheeks are her favorite spot!). Grooming Note Mabel’s beautiful long coat needs brushing every couple of weeks to prevent matting, especially around her mane and cheeks. She tolerates it well when distracted by chewing on a separate brush while you use the de-matting one. Ideal Home Preferences This duo would thrive in a setup similar to what they’ve always known: • A house (no apartments—too noisy for their comfort) • Ideally someone who works from home (though not strictly required) • A single person (a quiet couple might be considered, but no children) • No dogs please • Other cats could be okay, but the new home should have a spare room where Mabel and Tootsie can have their own space to adjust slowly and safely at first Mabel and Tootsie are gentle, low-drama cats who bring calm companionship and occasional playful antics. Sofi’s owner passed away suddenly. She need a new loving home with an experienced cat owner. Sofi is a sweet angel who can do no wrong. She is a social and talkative girl who will love on you all day. She is energetic and makes little sounds that melt your heart. She would like to be pampered and needs someone who will compliment her. She deserves to be spoiled and given time to process her loss.

Billie is a very sweet and energetic 1-3 year old cat. She loves lots of play time and has great paw control with people. Billie is harness trained, enjoys stroller walks, and does not have a history with scratching furniture. She would do very well with kids or someone looking for their first cat. Billie does not have a good history of getting along other cats but may do well with a long and slow introduction period.

🥔 Meet Yamantha (Yammy) Yammy is a sweet, soulful young cat who adores her people. She was found outdoors around Christmas. Although microchipped, no owner came forward. Given how affectionate and people oriented she is, she likely had been an indoor cat before losing her home. She has such a sweet soul. Yammy greets her favorite people with head bonks, makes biscuits like it’s her job, loves being close and giving kisses to those she trusts. She also loves to have conversations with her people, as you can see in her photos. She thrives in calm environments and would do best as an only pet, or with an adopter experienced in slow and patient introductions to other animals. • Female, spayed (tattoo) • 1-1.5 yrs • Microchipped • FeLV/FIV/HW negative • Litter box perfect. Pretty Girl is a lovely senior kitty. She loves neck scratches and purrs when you give good pets. She was sadly declawed by previous owner so she can only be an indoor pet. She loves to lay in bed with you and can be shy at first but will rub on you when she warms up.

Junebug is an energetic one-year-old cat. He is a sweet boy who loves cuddles and treats. He often plays with his brother and with toys. Though he's the sweetest boy once you get to know him, he can be a little nervous when he first meets new people, so a quiet home and slow introductions would be best suited to him. He would thrive in a home with energetic owners and no additional animals except his brother, Cicada. Junebug is litter box trained, up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. He is bonded to his brother, Cicada, and should not be separated from him. Upon adoption, all necessary cat care supplies will be provided.

Cicada is a playful and energetic one-year-old cat. He loves to play with his brother and loves all sorts of toys. He loves napping curled up next to his brother or human friends. Cicada would thrive in a quiet home with energetic family members who can dedicate time to playing with him and his brother daily. It is unknown whether he has lived with young children or animals other than his brother and careful introduction would be needed in these cases. Cicada is trained to use the litter box. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. He does have a dental concern that may need surgery later in life, but at present, this is treated with a daily use of pet toothpaste. Cicada is bonded to his brother Junebug and should not be separated from him. All necessary cat care items are included upon adoption.
