Story
Hello, I acquired Phoenix in November of 2020 as a kitten from Bradshaw Animal Shelter. She is just under 5 years of age. Due to recent changes with my job, I don't have enough spare time to spend with her. I'm looking for a home where Phoenix will be able to get the attention that she deserves. Pheonix is very loving and caring cat. She does enjoy sleeping on the bed with me, so whoever adopts her, she will probably keep the same routine. Phoenix does have a sister, Pepper, and I would like to keep the two cats together if at all possible. Pepper should be on the website as well. She is a grey tabby. Thank you for considering adopting Phoenix and Pepper.

I had a friends cat stay with me and she had a liter while staying with me. There was someone going to get him and never did pick him up. He needs to be fixed and i cant afford it with my other pets and being a single mom of two boys. He is very loving and wants everyones attention to be on him. My son adores this cat but we just cant get him to get along with one of my older cats so i have to get him out of the house. He recently has been going outside to try making the transition easier so maybe we wouldn't have to get rid of him but he is not a fan of the apartment complex we stay at. Help !

Story
I adopted her from a friend whose cat had a litter of kittens. She is 6 months old. I am looking for a loving, stable home where she will get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. She would do well with someone who can give her affection and help her feel safe, especially during this transition. She is sweet, playful, curious, gentle, and affectionate. She loves playing hide and seek and tag. She is fairly independent and not very cuddly, but she loves sleeping right by you.

Story
Hi! I’m Paige, a VERY cute black mackerel tabby girl with a thick velvet coat and mom says I am a big girl. I’m here looking for my very own family! My hobbies include: hogging ALL the pets! having long conversations with the backyard birdies eating lots of yummies playing with my foster mates! I’m a sweet playful tomboy (what can I say, I was the only girl in my litter!) kind of girl but can be a bit bashful with new people. You see, I’m coming from a place where my littermates and I were abandoned, and where it was hard to trust, so I take some time to come around. But don’t worry, because my energetic, playful side will reveal itself in no time if you are patient! And did I mention my good looks? I’m looking for a somewhat calm home, with people who have patience to allow me the time I need to blossom into my awesome self! Mom says I would do best with a kitty friend or two who enjoy playing with someone who loves a good match and while I may be slow with getting to know you, I promise, once I know you, I will be your bestest friend ever! My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eat wet and dry food, and am litterbox perfect. They say that’s good! I currently live with my foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you’re my perfect adopter, please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com. If you are unable to reach Dayna, please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children to bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!

Story
Estimated Birthday 10-12-2024 Okay to live in a home with... Kids May not do well with.... Dogs Physical Description Bagel is a orange and white tabby male. He has blue eyes. Personality If you are looking for a cat to cuddle, Bagel is perfect for you! Bagel is a very sweet boy. He loves to cuddle and make biscuits. He is a little bit shy and might need more time to get use to the new environment. But once he gets used to it, he is very playful and sweet. He also likes to talk a lot. And loves having the attention.   Bagel has tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), which means that his body has less immune defense against infections that a non FIV + animal would have. FIV cats, however, have been demonstrated to live long and happy lives with good care. It will be important for Bagel to be an indoor only cat with regular veterinary care. Please let us know if you'd like more information about Bagel or about FIV.  This kitty has what sort of characteristics?
