Story
Hello...I have decided that it is on Menna's best interest to find her a stable home. I had fallen into financial issues and had to move on a boat. I tried to make Menna a boat kitty but she is not comfortable in that type of environment causing her stress. She has been staying at my mom's for the end of the winter. I would love to find her a stable home to live out her old lady years. She is sweet once she is comfortable but it may take a little time. Thanks so much.

Good with kids, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
He’s an incredibly sweet cat. He fights with other cats in the neighborhood. When he was younger his leg got broken and he needed surgery to put pins in it. He also got a urinary tract infection and needs to eat (urinary so Royal Canaan food), which I don’t have the money for he recently hurt his leg again and has a persistent limp and I just don’t have the money or the time anymore. I really don’t want to have to give him up because he was one of the last gifts My mother gave me before she passed away. But I just don’t have the ability to take care of him in my situation. I just need someone who has the time and the money and resources to give him a good life. He deserves it and I can’t provide it to him right now. Need a permanent home for him.

Story
Is it a dog? Is it a bee? No! It's a Dog in a Bee Costume! Or, better known to us as a precious, shy, lady cat! This timid angel is looking for a quiet home with someone willing to spend some extra time and care to show her that the world isn't as scary as she thinks it is. She was originally found as a stray, so we don't know too much about her history. She does love cheek rubs and catnip, and is hoping someone will have the patience to let her snuggle with them. Dog in a Bee Costume has dental disease as well as early mammary cancer, and will need someone dedicated to her care moving forward. She is hoping the right person will come along to give her everything she deserves! Dog in a Bee Costume is part of our special adoption program. If you are interested in adopting her, please fill out an Adopter Profile at www.parl.org/adopt and email cwohlgemuth@parl.org for more information!

Story
Stardust and Ophelia are very sweet girls who are looking for a home together. They love to spend their time snuggling with each other. Stardust is happiest cuddling on her humans' lap and chest. Ophelia loves to play with cat teasers and laser toys. She is the more active of the two and is very curious. The girls are very dependent on each other and like to follow the other one around wherever they go. Stardust is less brave than her sister so she likes to watch Ophelia explore. Once Stardust gets over her shyness, she will be quick to join Ophelia in following their human around. They are very food motivated love a treat every now and then, which helps to bring out their personalities when in a new environment. The girls are sweet as pie and will love a home and family that will be gentle and caring to them as they acclimate into their new family. Stardust and Ophelia would prefer a quieter home without young children. They have been around dogs before, and are a little cautious, so a calmer dog with cat experience is preferred. A slow introduction is the key to making sure these girls feel comfortable as well. Stardust and Ophelia are both in foster, if you are interested in adopting them, please fill out an Adopter Profile at www.parl.org/adopt and email cwohlgemuth@parl.org for more information.
