I came to the shelter because my previous family could no longer care for me, and now I’m hoping my forever family is just around the corner. This sweet girl was rescued from an awful situation when some very cruel boys tried to get their dogs to attack her. Thankfully, a kind person intervened, scooped her up, and brought her to safety with our rescue. Because of what she went through, Coral is understandably fearful of dogs. She would be happiest as an only pet, which makes her the perfect companion for someone who just wants one very special kitty to love. Despite her sad past, Coral’s spirit shines through. With her gorgeous coloring, playful spirit, and heart full of love, Calimar is truly a little celestial treasure. Calimar is an energetic, happy girl who loves to play! Give her some toys and a cat tower, and she'll happily hop, climb, pounce, and entertain herself. But when playtime is over, she's just as ready to share her sweet and loving side with her people. She is fully vetted, spayed, and litter trained, so she's ready to leave her rescue days behind and begin her next chapter in a forever home. All this special girl needs now is someone to love her, play with her, and promise her that she's home for good. I got Muffin from Dakine Humane Society when she was four months. I’m looking for someone who will care for her, scoop her litter daily, feed her good food, make sure her water bowl is always full, and play with her. Muffin is very sweet. She loves her naps and afterwards she loves getting on your lap for a cuddle. She’s is more reserved and rarely begs for attention (unless she’s hungry). She eats twice a day and doesn’t graze. I’ve had her for nine years now and she’s a phenomenal cat. The adoption fee is present to deter any malicious people who would adopt her just to harm her.

I got Loki from a Facebook group for rehoming cats. He was the smallest kitten in the bunch. He just turned 7 in April. His birthday is April 14th, 2019. Loki currently lives with other cats and he has some issues with my roommates cat but is okay with my other cats. I do think he’d do best in a single cat household but he would adjust to any home. He is super loving and sweet but is very codependent. He can be very vocal at times to get attention. He loves being pet but prefers you hold your hand in front of him and he’ll rub his head on it. Once’s he’s comfortable with you, you can pet him normally. He hates car rides so he needs gabapentin when being transported. Loki is litter box trained but he is particular about wanting a very clean litter box. The automatic ones work very well for him. Overall Loki is an amazing cat and deserves a loving home. I wouldn’t be rehoming him if it wasn’t my only option. He will need time to adjust to his new home but he will be the best companion.

Sammy, mostly likes to relax around the house. He loves attention when he wants it. He will come to you if left alone. Unfortunately, not good with children. But would do well in a home with a calmer adult. He also is a great mouse hunter

Are you looking for quiet companionship? If so, Stormi may be the one for you. Stormi is currently in one of our wonderful foster homes so we know her very well. Her foster mom says she's a quiet cat who likes napping near her, is curious when visitors come by and loves her catnip. (Check out the video of her playing with a catnip toy!) She isn’t a lap cat yet, but she does like head pets. She uses an upright scratcher and scratching pads. Stormi’s story starts out a bit sad. Her family moved but couldn’t take her with them. In that home, Stormi was described as loving and affectionate! So she’s looking for a fresh start with someone who is patient and can let her settle in at her own pace.
