He is aprox 105 lbs Cane Corso/Bully mix? approx 5-6 yrs old, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, uptodate on shots, kenne l(too big for crates} trained, house broken, quiet, except when he needs food, water, potty etc then he has this very loud bark...lol...best with no other dogs, or a calm & friendly female after careful, slow introductions. Great with women and kids, does NOT like ALL men, ONLY SOME men, so maybe their deep voice or height bothers him... He is an INDOOR ONLY dog, lying around all day, he likes to chill out, but he does like outside playtime and runs around a SECURE yard, or walks nicely ON LEASH, loves a kiddy pool to splash in..Best with children 12+ as he could inadvertantly knock over a younger child. He is very big and strong so needs a savvy handler, .if interested, please contact us for a meet & greet. An adoption fee, contract and yard/home check will be required before adoption... Toby has been with us since February and hasn’t had a single application! He’s been waiting so patiently and we know his person is out there. Toby is a 4-year-old, 100 pound Cane Corso that really needs a home. Toby’s breed needs a person to love, protect and be extremely loyal to. Being isolated in a kennel environment is not ideal for him. Toby is a playful boy full of puppy-like energy. He enjoys toys, but LOVES splashing around in the water making him the perfect pool or lakeside companion. Once he’s had a walk and some play time he turns into the most affectionate cuddle bug. Toby can get really excited when it’s time for his walk, but once settled he walks great on a leash! Toby knows basic commands but would love to continue his training. He responds well to firm redirection and guidance but is super eager to please. Toby would thrive in a calm, structured home with a breed-savvy, experienced owner who can help him stay focused and build confidence. Toby is dog friendly with proper introductions and would do best with a female dog companion.
