Story
I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more here Due to the challenges associated with this puppy's breed, they will only be available to adopters with guardian breed experience. Please read more about the breed here, and some tips on training and socializing Corso puppies here.  Tortilla is a 3-month-old puppy with a heart as big as her paws! This playful, sunny girl is the perfect mix of spunky and sweet—she’s curious, clever, and already showing off her smarts by learning house training and polite greetings (no jumping, thank you very much!).  Tortilla loves a good sunbathe, happily lounges in her crate, and is a quiet observer of the world around her. In her foster home, she’s friendly with the dogs, respectful of cats, and snoozes through the night like a champ. In short—she’s off to a fantastic start!  But Tortilla isn’t just any puppy—she’s a future guardian breed powerhouse. She’ll need a committed adopter ready to keep up with her training, socialization, and enrichment as she grows into a loyal, protective adult. If you're experienced with Cane Corsos or large guardian breeds and are ready for the rewarding challenge of raising an extra-large companion, Tortilla just might be your perfect match.  This sweet girl is ready to grow into her big paws and even bigger heart—with the right human by her side. Please read more about the breed here, and some tips on training and socializing Corso puppies here.  Meet Takis! At just 3 months old, this Cane Corso mix is already turning heads with his big paws, big heart, and even bigger cuddle potential. Takis is a curious, affectionate pup who loves people, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is respectfully intrigued by cats. His favorite hobbies? Following his humans around, snuggling up for naps, and playing tug-of-war with his brother.  Takis is a smart, attentive boy who’s already showing signs of being highly trainable with the right guidance. He's already learned a few things like "sit," "go to your bed," and "shake!" He’s not much of a barker and is working on puppy basics like house training and learning what’s OK to chew—typical stuff for a growing pup!  As a Cane Corso mix, Takis will grow into a large, loyal guardian who thrives with structure, ongoing socialization, and positive reinforcement. He’ll need an adopter ready to give him the time, training, and enrichment he needs to become a well-rounded adult.  Ready to raise a gentle giant with a heart of gold? Please read more about the breed here, and some tips on training and socializing Corso puppies here.  Nestle is a big-hearted bundle of joy who’s ready to snuggle his way into your life! This 3-month-old Cane Corso pup is as friendly and easygoing as they come. He adores people, loves other dogs and animals, and is always up for a cuddle session – especially after playtime.  Like many puppies his age, Nestle can get a bit mouthy when he’s excited, but give him a toy or something to hold and he’s happy to redirect his enthusiasm. He’s learning fast and already knows “sit,” “down,” and “touch,” is mostly potty trained, crate trained, and getting the hang of leash manners.  Nestle isn’t picky at all about food, has no known allergies, and is eager to please. With his affectionate nature and growing confidence, he’ll do best with a family committed to continuing his training and helping him mature into the well-mannered, loyal companion Cane Corsos are known to be.  Looking for a cuddly, goofy, and lovable pup to grow with your family? Story
I rescued Athena about a year ago. I could see her ribs and learned I was the 4th person she has been with. She has really bad separation anxiety and would do better with a family that could spend a lot of time with her. She is sweet, smart, beautiful, and has had a measure of training. She loves to play, and is somewhat spoiled. She is not allowed on any furniture, she has her own.
