I'm an energetic/affectionate/curious dog who enjoys cuddling, sunbathing, playing w/water. Love squeaky toys & destroying stuffed animals. I would thrive in a house w/yard or an owner who is more active/disciplined. Not good with cats or small dogs/small animals. I enjoy playing w/children but would be safer if children were older since I don't know my own size. I know sit, give paw, and spin in English/Spanish. I press button: "lets go poop" & wait by the door. I play w/step sis-Belgium Malinois. I like to cuddle with dad and sleep on mom’s feet when working from home. The reason why I have to give him up is because I can no longer care for him due to my health. I need to find him a new home as soon as possible because when I leave the hospital I cannot have dogs around me unfortunately and this pains me deeply. The best match will be selected and contacted to confirm an appointment at Petsmart in Yorba Linda on Saturday between noon and 3 pm or on a mutually agreeable day, time and place. We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies and we cannot hold puppies; please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. The adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, core vaccinations including rabies and 4 sets of distemper/parvo and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so.
