Story
Lily is a purebred cane corso who was adopted this past summer by our family. She’s loving and snuggly, but really enjoys chasing balls and sprinting around with the kids. Lily is skittish around adult males and would benefit from a home with either only females or with males who can dedicate time to fully work with her.

Story
Hey world, here I am!`My name is Max, and I am 8 years old and I weigh 104 pounds, and I love to play and run around and get the zoomies and have lots of fun! I am a big boy, I am housebroken, I know lots of tricks, and I love to get as close to you as I can, so you know I`m there, and I don`t want you to forget me. One of my favorite things is to stand on the bench and put my front legs on your shoulders to give you a hug. Do you like to snuggle? I do too! Sometimes I think people think I am a goofball, but I am really a very smart boy. I know how to come, sit down, shake paws, stay, leave it, free, walk well on a leash!`Max is a gorgeous Cane Corso, also known as an Italian Mastiff. He has plenty of energy and wiggle-butt personality. Cane Corsos LOVE their families and love to work hard at learning new tricks and skills. They`re quite the show-offs. Max enjoys spending time with other puppers and but isn`t the biggest fan of cats. If you`re looking for a hunk of burning love to fill your heart and your home, stop by the shelter and meet Max today.

Story
Meet this sweet and gentle girl named Ladi, she was mainly an outdoor pup in her original home so we do not know the extent of her experience in a home enviroment. She was said to not be a fan of the other dog in the home so she has some dog experience and may be dog selective and will need slow introductions after a time of decompression. She has said to have experience with a child and was said to enjoy spending time with the 6 year old. She knows the command `home` which tells her it`s time to go in her crate/kennel. Ladi will need someone willing to take things at her own pace and come out of her shell on her terms as she can be a bit shy meeting new people. If you are wanting to open your heart and your home to miss Ladi, please come to the shelter for a meet and greet!Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home. Adopted pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before leaving with you. To view our current available animals, please visit: https://indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet.
