💜💜please give this sweet boy a loving home. He will bring lots of love and joy to any worthy household💜💜I will be without a home in a matter of weeksGuy is the sweetest gentle giant I have had. He is sensitive, loving, caring, and is a wonderful companion. I got him from a private owner's mother because she felt Guy was not being treated as he should be. He was 11 months old at that time. He is now almost 10 years old. He takes a prescription medication once a week for his prostate, in a spoonful of peanut butter. That medicine is approximately $11 for a 3 month supply. He also gets OTC supplement for hip and joint. He needs and deserves a caring, loving and low activity home. (I will be without a home in 2 weeks and that is the ONLY reason you are reading this)*Gentle*Affectionate*Loves 'pets', begs for more*Likes to sun bathe*Absolutely loves his babies (mostly teddy bears)*Favorites pet spots, head and belly and butt*Stays close*Likes to sit/lay on me💜Please help💜

Story

This handsome hunk is a rare find. If you are into giant pups but do not want the exercise that comes with being a parent to a big dog, then come meet Chunk today! This baby is as laid back and calm as they come. Don’t get me wrong, Chunk certainly gets excited here and there, especially when he sees you or when it's time to play ball. He does the Chunka Munka wiggle, sometimes getting low to the ground like he is about to pounce, but no, he just wants you to get excited about him too! If you oblige, he wiggles even harder 🙂 He immediately leans in for hugs and pets. This boy is a leaner! All 140lb as close as he can get to you 🙂 For a big guy, Chunk walks well on a leash until he sees a pup in his path. He whines and barks, not because he doesn’t like them, he wants to go over to say hello and is frustrated by the restraint of the leash. Off leash, separated by a fence, he is wonderful! No barks or whines, just enjoying the pups’ company. Some rambunctious pups may bark at him, but he does not care nor respond 🙂 He carries on doing his thing. Chunk is good company to relax and enjoy a glass of wine with. He just lays quietly next to you, busy with his toys. He loves toys, this boy 🙂 He brings his ball to you, drops it on the floor and that's his cue for you to pick it up and throw so he can fetch it. Oh, and he gallops over to you when you call him with your arms outstretched. Chunk is a 6-year-old, 140lb Cane Corso. He appears older than his age, his teeth all ground down. We think he was neglected in his earlier years, left to fend for himself. He was found abandoned in a park, playing with kids until the authorities came to whisk him away. Chunk is looking for a family who will embrace him as a valued family member, a companion to one or all. He loves his people. Chunk is crate trained, and a low maintenance gentleman. Chunk is vision and hearing impaired, so an adult-only family is preferred.

Story

Beli is a beautiful, VERY well trained 4 year old female pitbull cane corso! She is loyal and well-behaved. She walks like an angel - she knows how to heel, sit, down, stay and spot reliably. She knows "no" too. She is crate trained. She is great at going on walks and heals perfectly (no leash pulling!). If you are looking for your next loyal companion - look no further! She loves to cuddle on the couch, sit outside, go for her walk, ride in the car, and chew her bully sticks. She is mellow and loves to hang out with her humans. Beli also loves a good blanket to snuggle under (she will tuck herself in too). We are heartbroken to need to look at rehoming Beli, but she needs to be the only animal in the home. She was adopted with her littermate - and we believe they developed littermate syndrome. If you are ready to welcome an incredible and loving dog into your home, Beli is waiting for you! Message me to come meet her.

Story

This beautiful three year old Cane Corso weighs approximately 100 pounds and is everything many people love about the breed. Loyal, affectionate, and devoted to her people. She enjoys attention, loves being with her family, and doesn't take long to warm up to new people. She does not mind getting her nails clipped or a bath which speaks to her temperament. She was also favorite at her previous shelter which says a lot about what a beautiful soul she isAlthough we have not observed these behaviors yet in our care, Sequoia's previous owners reported some resource guarding behaviors in the home. They reported that she had displayed resource guarding in the home involving the unaltered male Cane Corso she lived with and a young child.Because of her size, breed traits, and reported history, we are looking for an adult only home with no other pets that understands large guardian breeds and is committed to providing structure, supervision, and appropriate management. As with any newly adopted dog, we recommend allowing her time to decompress and learn the expectations of her new home.LoyalLovingReady for a fresh startWe also provide training to any approved adopters. If you think you may be the right fit for this beautiful girl, we would love to hear from you.If interested in adopting Sequoia, please fill out an application found at www.allaboutthepawz.comLocated in Youngstown, Ohio - must be within an hour or so of Youngstown.*we do not respond to inquires or matches, please fill out an application and we will reach out via email once received*

Story

Beautiful Iris Rae is a stunning blue brindle Cane Corso, approximately 2-3 years old, who is looking for a patient, understanding home where she can truly blossom.Iris Rae has the sweetest temperament. She is gentle, kind, and wonderful with other dogs, but she is also very shy and timid. The world is still a scary place for her, and she needs someone willing to move at her pace and help her build confidence. A dog friendly canine companion is required, as she needs another confident dog for guidance.Because leash walking is still very new and frightening for her, Iris Rae will require a securely fenced yard while she continues to gain confidence.Bring that she is a timid dog, she needs a home with no young children. She is currently working on putting on some weight, and we expect her to be around 100 pounds once she fills out.Iris Rae doesn't need someone perfect.
