SANDRA: Carolina Dog, Labrador Retriever Mix / Spayed Female / 1 Year / 36 Pounds SANDRA, is a very playful and friendly girl. She likes toys and gets along very well with other dogs. She can sleep in a crate. She is not destructive and not a barker. She likes going for walks outdoors (parks, beaches), and she enjoys being around people. She is obedient and energetic, so she loves going for walks or having an area to run and she is playful. Come see her! She is hoping you will. In the canine heart, there is always hope. Every dog deserves a safe and loving home. Adopt a rescue dog today; we are their voice! Temperament and behavior are also shaped by raising and training. Story
Gypsy's story is a bit of a long one. So to make it short it was our intention to have a rescue take her in for adoption. As it turned out no shelter or rescue has been able to take her stating they are all full. We are desperate to have her placed with the right family. We definitely cannot keep her, our dogs are not adjusting well to her being in their home. They won't even let her go upstairs. She requires more attention than what we are able to give her. She is a sweet dog that is affectionate, intelligent, playful and energetic. She would be a great dog to take on trail hikes. Gypsy is approximately 10 months old. She is spayed. Gypsy would need to be part of an active family. Preferably a family that has experience training strong willed dogs. We are not sure if she is good with cats, but she has been around a few and is "respectful".

Story
I currently have three 6-month-old Carolina Dogs. I took in a pregnant female off the streets of Redlands and helped her deliver 8 healthy puppies. I later connected with her original owner, who couldn't care for the litter due to financial hardship, so I began rehoming them myself. I'm now down to three. Due to limited space, financial strain, and the time needed for their development, I can no longer provide the level of care they deserve. I'm seeking help with rehoming at least one to a home that can offer more resources and visibility. These puppies are healthy, social, and active, but they need structure, attention, and space to thrive. They would do best with experienced dog owners who can match their energy and continue guiding them into well-adjusted adult dogs.

Story
Meet Pepper Pepper is a petite, 9-month-old pup who is still learning what it means to feel safe and loved. Likely Pongo's sibling, she came from the same shelter and is blossoming more every day in foster care. She is currently enrolled in training classes and doing wonderfully. Pepper is a quick learner who benefits from structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Pepper absolutely loves other dogs. Playtime is her favorite - she could run and romp for hours with her dog friends. A home with another playful dog would be ideal for her, though she would also thrive with an adopter who can give her plenty of exercise and attention. She is shy at first and needs a patient adopter who will give her time to adjust, but once she feels comfortable, her affectionate, fun, and loving personality shines through. Pepper is ready to continue her training and grow into the loyal, joyful companion she is meant to be. Location: Corona, CA Apply at: www.grandmasbarnrescue.com
