Say Hello to Prince!This sweet boy has undergone a lot in the last few months of his life. He was brought to us in rough shape completely emaciated, dirty, covered in oil and yellow skin. His tail also had abscessed in two places, and he needed serious help. His vets couldn't be sure he would even make it the night, having to be hospitalized on IVs and hand fed in attempts to perk him up.Despite his rough condition, this sweet fella managed to power through with a refeeding plan, love and daily medications. He made a huge turn around, and has become a confident, healthy boy! Through it all Prince was always so loving, giving his famous head rubs and rolls, and will eagerly hop up in your lap for love. He is so affectionate and sweet, he will follow his foster around the house all day long, laying on the floor while she does dishes, or curling up beside her on the sofa for a snooze. Prince is a huge foodie now that he's feeling better, and LOVES his wet food time! He would love a home who can offer him lots of attention and snuggles, and will curl right up on your chest as thanks! His croaky little meows are just precious and will warm your heart! Prince LOVES to watch the birds on the deck, and would love a catio or window where he can perch from! He is looking for a strictly indoor only home, and would do best as the only cat or with a very tolerant cat who can set boundaries. He does well coexisting with other felines, but doesn't seem to take no for an answer and can often push his feline friends a little too much for their liking. Poppy is still quite shy and unsure new folks at this time. He's gone through a lot in his days and is eagerly seeking a soft landing where he can take the time he needs to adjust and come out of his shell. He hasn't had the best start, and would like a do over where he can be himself!Poppy likes to sleep in his hiding box, feeling secure with the walls around him! He would love a home with lots of spots where he can hide out and explore, and is sure to be a great player of hide a seek!With time and patience, this sweet fella is sure to make a great turn around. He's already so curious about humans, we see a lot of potential with him! Meet Piper!This sweet kitty came to us from a hoarding situation, so she is still getting her feet under her and understanding the new world she has found herself in! Piper is still shy, and spends most of her days in her hiding box, watching the world go by through her safe place! She will emerge from her box with patience and love, and slowly has been learning to trust! She is sure to come around with good time and patience, and is so worth the efforts! She can be vocal and affectionate, and sure has a personality to discover! We have seen so much progress from her!After being spayed and having her time to recover, we were able to let Piper and her friend Pippa, be reunited! It was like these gals haven't ever been apart and instantly went to once another for comfort and affection! Both girls got a good bathing from one another, we we got to watch their big wide eyes go soft and find ease. Ever since then, the two of them have been jammed up in the same box together cuddling and loving on each other. They have all the space they could ever need but just want one another! We have seen great progress from both girls since we reunited them and hope to find a home for these two together. Like all sisters they can have their moments, and have had a few spats, but overall these two show us how much they love one another and would love to have that comfort in their next home.Piper is a great eater and uses her litterbox well! Overall she is very tidy and sweet, and we know once she settles into her new home she will make a huge turn around! This amazing boy is Otto, and he is looking for the perfect home. Otto has some priorities that he wants filled before he goes to his next castle. He has been great at compiling a list of his must have's:quiet, calm, understanding, support, love, and most of all respect.Otto is super shy and tends to be very scared of the world. He is a love-bug once you understand that it may take a lot for him to reveal himself....he likes to hide under blankets where it seems the safest for him. Poor Otto does stress with the normal daily life and has been prone to having some medical concerns that arise from that. We are looking for a home where the world will revolve around Otto, in respect to how much he can manage at one time. He will cuddle right in with you, but only once he feels safe and most times he does a lot better with a blanket so he can tuck his head under. Otto is super affectionate always ready for some good pets, especially if you are going to rub his tail area or belly. Sweet Snow Bell came to us because his family was unable to continue with providing for him. This sweet boy is shy but loves his cuddle time. He is a rock star in the grooming department, absolutely loves it even when trying to comb out his knots. Snow Bell, or Snowy as he tends to get called, has quite the personality once he trusts that you are his friend. He did live with another feline, so a friendly friend with a slow introduction would be best. Snowy enjoys his treats, and was quick to figure out how to get more.If you are looking for a handsome, mostly independent guy come in to the Campbell River Adoption Center to meet Snowy.
