Story
Badminton is a handsome black and white boy who came to us as a stray and is still learning that people can be friends. He is a little more cautious and less confident than his likely sibling, **Ping Pong**, and will need some extra time, patience, and gentle encouragement as he gets comfortable. He has been lucky to have Ping Pong by his side, and she has been helping show him that people aren't so scary after all.Badminton is still discovering his confidence, but we think there is a sweet little personality waiting to come out. He would do best with someone who is willing to let him go at his own pace and give him the time he needs to feel safe and secure. With patience, kindness, and plenty of positive experiences, we think Badminton will make wonderful progress and become a very special companion. Please submit an application through the link below!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 1.9 Age: 0yrs 3mths 0wks

Story
Meet Tigger 💜Hello, wonderful people of Chilliwack! My name is Tigger, and I'm a beautiful 12-year-young long-haired tabby lady looking for a loving home where I can enjoy all the best parts of my golden years. Before we go any further, I have some excellent news to share! I've recently had a full veterinary workup, including bloodwork, and received a clean bill of health. I've also had all of my age-related dental work taken care of, so I'm feeling my very best and ready to start the next chapter of my life with a family of my very own. Now, I may be a senior, but don't let that fool you. What I've lost in youthful chaos, I've gained in wisdom, charm, and an appreciation for the finer things in life. These days, you'll most often find me enjoying a soft blanket, soaking up a sunny window, or keeping my favorite people company while they go about their day.I've had years to perfect the art of being a cat. Need a cuddle buddy for movie night? I'm available. Looking for a quiet companion to keep you company while you read or enjoy your morning coffee? Consider me hired. Want someone to remind you to slow down and enjoy life's simple pleasures? That's one of my specialties.Senior cats like me sometimes get overlooked while younger cats steal the spotlight, but we have so much love left to give. We arrive with our personalities already shining, our mischievous phases behind us, and a deep appreciation for every bit of love and comfort we receive.I'm hoping there's someone out there who sees the beauty in giving a senior cat a second chance. In return, I promise plenty of companionship, gentle affection, and gratitude for every day we spend together. So, what do you think? Could your home use a little extra fluff, a lot of love, and the company of a sweet senior tabby who is healthy, happy, and ready for her forever family?Love, Tigger 🐾💕"I've already taken care of the vet visits and dental work. All that's left on my to-do list is finding someone to love." ❤️ Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: Grey Tabby Weight: 6.12 Age: 12yrs 0mths 2wks

Story
Meet Thumper 💕Hello, fine people of Chilliwack! My name is Thumper, and I'm a distinguished 14-year-young tabby gentleman on the hunt for my perfect retirement home. Now, before you hear "14" and start thinking I'm slowing down, let me tell you a little secret: age is just a number. I've recently had a full check-up, bloodwork, and even got all of my age-related dental work taken care of. My care team says I'm ready for the next exciting chapter in life, and that chapter includes a cozy home, a comfy bed, and a family to call my own.As a senior fellow, I've left all that kitten chaos behind. No midnight zoomies through the curtains, no climbing the Christmas tree, and no questionable life choices. These days I much prefer the finer things in life: sunny windowsills, soft blankets, warm laps, and quality time with my people.I have years of experience being a cat, and I've become quite good at it. Need someone to supervise your afternoon naps? I'm your guy. Looking for a companion to keep you company while you watch TV or read a book? I've got that covered too. Want a loving friend who appreciates the simple things in life? Well, look no further.Senior pets have so much love left to give, and I'm hoping there is someone out there willing to open their heart and home to a handsome gentleman like me. In return, I promise plenty of purrs, companionship, and gratitude every single day.So, what do you think? Are you looking to add a senior to your pack? If so, I'd love the opportunity to meet you.Love, Thumper ❤️"The best things in life take time. Lucky for you, I've had 14 years to perfect being wonderful." 🐾 Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: Grey Tabby Weight: 7.13 Age: 14yrs 0mths 2wks

Story
Meet Ronnie, the king of cuddles and the master of aloof charm. This sweet yet sassy feline has a personality unlike your average cat. Ronnie's the type of fella who'll give you those adorable, sad eyes, just to remind you he's the boss, and then, out of nowhere, he might sneak in a cheeky love bite while you're petting him. Don't take it personally; he's just playing hard to get (and showing off his playful side). Ronnie is an active guy. He enjoys his toys, only for short increments though! Snack breaks between play sessions are a must!Food is Ronnie's ultimate passion. he lives for treats, snacks, and anything that tastes like a gourmet delight. In fact, he's so devoted to his meals that he should probably be the only cat in your life; other cats just aren't his cup of tuna. Ronnie prefers his independence and isn't a big fan of sharing the spotlight, or the food bowl, with anyone. With his blend of sweetness, sass, and a dash of cheeky charm, Ronnie is the purr-fect companion. If Ronnie sounds like your kind of cat, submit a pre-adoption questionnaire at the link below or stop by the Centre today!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 7 Age: 2yrs 4mths 3wks

Story
Some kittens are perfectly content to admire you from across the room. Jaycee is not one of those kittens. She has decided that it is her personal mission to keep you warm, and she does not discriminate when it comes to finding the perfect cuddle spot. Your lap, neck, arm, shoulder, or anywhere else she can wiggle herself onto is fair game. If you had plans to get some work done, Jaycee would like to remind you that those plans can wait because it is clearly time for snuggles. She has the perfect balance of playful kitten energy and a deeply affectionate personality. Jaycee loves playtime with other kittens and has also been around adult cats without any issues. She enjoys having feline friends around and is happy to keep herself entertained with a good game of chase before coming back to her favorite humans for some attention. When the zoomies are over, Jaycee is ready to settle in and soak up as much affection as possible. She is the kind of kitten who wants to be involved in your day, whether that means playing beside you, following along with whatever you are doing, or simply curling up against you for a cozy nap. If you are looking for a sweet little companion who is playful, loving, and has absolutely no understanding of the concept of personal space, Jaycee could be your perfect match. She is ready to find her forever family and make sure there is always room for one more cuddle.
