This special guy was found as a young kitten, shaking like a leaf alone on a local rail trail. A kind rescuer then brought him to us. He was warmed up, treated for fleas, and sent to a foster home. His foster mom said"He has mastered the scratching post and when he is out and about the house, he runs everywhere! He climbs everything in sight and loves ping pong balls and curly toys. He sneaks up on the toys and then runs sideways at them with his back arched and his tail fluffed out! OOOOHHHH, scary! He is also learning to settle on a lap when he isn't committing a crime somewhere 😊 This little guy is going to bring a lot of joy to someone special for sure."If you're interested in adopting Benson, please fill out an application below. Bear Claw was born in the shelter on September 19th, the same day his mom arrived into our care.Since then he has been growing up alongside his siblings and mom in foster care.His foster mom said he is "snuggle bug, loves face rubs and to be talked to. He is a complete love. "Bear Claw is a polydactyl, so his adopters should pay special attention to his claws to be sure they're not growing or curling inwards towards the pad of his paws.Kittens need lots of attention and a safe environment to grow into great pets.
