Lucy came into rescue with 3 kittens. She was shy and reclusive for awhile, but has grown into a sweet, affectionate and appreciative cat. She is a lovely girl who deserves to be taken care of by a special family. She is unsure of people at first, but will warm up to a kind and sensitive owner.j These last months she has developed a bond with another of our cats, Mr. Knightly. This is a HUGE step forward in the social progress for both of these cats and we do not want to separate them. It's hard to find a good friend in this world and Lucy and Knightly both deserve to keep the friendship. We ask they be adopted together. We are looking for a kind heart to offer them a home together. There is no adoption fee for our animals, but a donation to Friends is much appreciated and much needed. Cash or check only - we do not take credit cards.

Beauty is really beautiful. Her coat is glossy and jet black and she has white on her chest and tummy and under both hind legs. Her personality is also beautiful--affectionate and super playful and very secure in herself. A lovely young girl who is ready for a new home. there is no adoption fee for our animals, but a donation to Friends is always much needed and much appreciated.

Star is becoming a real sweetie. Loves to be petted and purrs for more. Gets along well with the other kittens, but is low cat on the totem pole in the playroom and is a bit shy around adult cats. Soft and sweet. She will need a little patience and lots of love. She is kitten to Callie and has her mother's shy personality around the other animals. She has been spayed, had her first vaccination shot and has been wormed twice. There is no charge for our kittens but a donation to Friends is always much needed and much appreciated.. Checks or cash only please. No credit cards.

This beautiful cat came in with three kittens a few months ago. Callie is a shy but loves to be petted and have her chin scratched. Her favorite things to do are to growl at the other cats and relax in her hammock. She does not strike out at other animals, but is truly afraid and will hide and be vocal. If she has access to a hammock she will recluse herself from the group and take a long nap. She would do best in a home with no other animals-or with mellow, non intrusive animals.. There is no adoption fee for our cats that have been spayed or neutered but a donation is always much needed and much appreciated. We cannot process cards, so Cash or checks only. please

This little girl came to the site at 5 weeks old with her sister, Ruby, who has been adopted. Opal is a sweet cat that has a lot of personality and energy. Her ears look huge compared to the rest of her since they are a lighter color. She is very petite and will be getting fixed on May 1 and will be available a few days after for adoption. Come on in and meet her. There is no fee but a $75 deposit is required on our kittens that have not been spayed or neutered. It is refundable once veterinary proof of the surgery is received.. Donations are always much appreciated and much needed. We are unable to utilize debit or credit cards so deposits and donations are cash only please.
