Story
Hello, I'm Callie! I am a healthy, confident and very playful polydactyl calico girl who’s only 4 years old and always on the hunt for a fun toy or a tasty treat. The first shelter I visited was very hard for me to adjust to… I was often weary of all the new people, smells, and sounds that I’d never experienced before. So it wasn’t until I arrived at Safe Place in November of last year that I started to feel more at ease. I love all the space, toys, food, and nice people I get to see here, but I really miss having a family to call my own! I would do best in a relatively quiet home that can give me the love, playtime, and space I need to thrive. Only-pet situations are preferred as well. I’m a very independent lady who sometimes just needs a little alone time (But then again, who doesn’t). My $100 adoption donation includes vaccinations for FVRCP, Rabies, a FeLV/FIV test which was negative, and a microchip. Please visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application for me today!

Story
Hello. I'm Mitt Mitt, a 15 years young spayed female. The folks here at Safe Place say I'm a Torbie. That means I have tabby striping but Tortie coloring. I'm a petite girl at only 6 pounds but I have a big personality. I returned to Safe Place when my previous adopter passed away last year. The most recent vet visit found I'm Hyperthyroid. That means I have an overactive thyroid. Good news is the medication is easy to give...just rub it in my ear. I would do best in a home without other cats. I've never been around dogs or kids either. My $50 adoption fee includes FVRCP, Rabies, microchip, a new collar, and a months' worth of medication and food and a new collar. Visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application or arrange a meet and greet.

Story
Hello, I'm Sunny, a very special spayed female kitty, who's 15-years-young. The people at Safeplace love to chat with me in the morning, which is great, because I always have so much to say! When I first arrived in December and got my first taste of wet food, I knew I'd love it here. But now, I think I'm finally ready to move on and find my new family. Because of my age, I require a little more TLC than most, but I'm still a very confident, social and loving girl, so please be prepared to tell me about your day and give me lots of attention when you come home. Food and friendly faces are what makes my world go 'round! I need a lifelong partner in crime so I would do best in a small family home with a few children, or with a couple who has lots of love to give! As a disclaimer, my front paws are declawed and I have been identified to have a renal deficiency due to my age, but I don't let that slow me down one bit! My small $50 adoption donation includes the usual FVRCP, Rabies, FeLV/FIV test, which was negative, a microchip. a recent vet visit and a new collar. www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application today!

Story
Hi, I'm Gypsy! I am a very healthy, confident, brown and white tabby boy who’s 8 years old and always looking for love and adventure. I have some great markings too and 4 white mittens. I arrived at Safe Place in January. I'm outgoing, friendly and playful. I've lived around other cats, but I've not been around dogs. I'm okay with respectful kids though. My favorite things include sitting in windows and watching the world go by, being brushed, and sitting next to you on the couch while you admire me. My $100 adoption donation includes vaccinations for FVRCP, Rabies, a FeLV/FIV test which was negative, and a microchip. Please visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application for me today!

I'm just a sweet 5-year-old healthy, neutered male with orange and white coloring. I'm ready for a new home and can't wait for my next adventure! I'm a little intimidated by other cats and have not been around dogs. But I'm very people friendly and like sitting on the couch with you and being brushed. My $100.00 adoption donation includes current FVRCP, Rabies, FeLV/FIV test which was negative and a microchip. I also come with some supplies to get me started in my new home. Come meet me soon. I won't last long!
