Both weigh about 17 pounds and are looking for a calm, patient environment where they can feel safe and loved. Phantom is a little shy at first and may hide, but when she’s ready, she’ll jump on your lap or snuggle beside you for attention. She enjoys carrying around her dog brother’s toys and is happiest in a quiet space with her sister nearby. Opera loves to hide under the covers but will come to you when she wants attention. She’s very vocal, loves to greet pets with a nose rub, and starts her day by enjoying breakfast first thing in the morning. Both girls have primarily been around each other and their Shih Tzu brother, and they do best in a home without other cats or young children. Together, Phantom and Opera offer gentle companionship, soft purrs, and cozy snuggles for the family that understands their shy, sweet personalities. Meet Rolo! Rolo & his friend Snickers, two super sweet kitties were discarded outside. Their saving grace was it was very close to the President's home and she noticed they were new to the area, scared, very hungry and living in a bush together. After a little love and trust they quickly realized they found a good human. Both have been brought up to date on their medical and are in foster care. Both had zero issues with walking with the dogs outside. However, we are still testing that now that they are indoors. Both are very loving and make it hard to even get good pics as they are trying to love on you. Rolo like to give neck hugs and its absolutely precious. We realize they likely will not get adopted together. What they both need is a family. They both love to give and receive affection and are very devoted. Nova came into my life 4 years ago in September when I visited a local shelter, Friends of Strays, originally planning to adopt a dog. But then I met the sweetest little kitten who completely melted my heart — and that was Nova. Since then, she has been such a special part of our home. Nova and Missa are best friends and spend a lot of their time together, which is why I would absolutely love for them to stay together if possible. Nova is a bit more shy and reserved than Missa. She’s not the most outgoing at first and can be a little skittish in new environments, but she is very gentle and sweet. She never hurts anyone — she just likes her space and takes a little time to warm up and feel comfortable. She isn’t the biggest fan of dogs or unfamiliar cats right away, but with patience and time she can adjust. Once she feels safe, she settles in and enjoys being part of a calm, loving home.

Missa came into my life in the most unexpected way — I found her as a tiny kitten in a Walmart parking lot while I was in college in Gainesville, far away from my family and friends. From the moment I brought her home, she became my little companion and quickly turned into the best friend I didn’t know I needed. She will be 7 years old on May 12th, and she still has the same big personality she had as a kitten. Missa is full of life, very affectionate, and absolutely loves her treats. Her favorite place to be is right on your chest, curled up and cuddling — she’s a true snuggle bug. I’m looking for a home that will be gentle, patient, and give her all the love she deserves. She has brought so much joy into my life, and I hope to find someone who will love her just as much and let her continue living the cozy, spoiled life she’s used to.
