Story

Kai is a sweet 1½-year-old indoor cat who has been with me since the day he was born. He has a gentle, timid personality and may take a little time to feel comfortable with new people and surroundings, so he would do best with someone patient who will allow him to settle in at his own pace. Kai is fairly independent and enjoys affection on his own terms. Once he's comfortable, he has a very sweet and loving side. ❤️ He has always been an indoor cat, although he's curious about the outdoors and enjoys safely exploring with supervision. Unfortunately, my husband has significant cat allergies. We've tried to make it work and have looked for ways to manage his allergies, but we haven't been able to find a solution that works. Because I've had Kai since he was born, finding him a new home is not something I'm taking lightly. I'm looking for a loving, safe, patient home where Kai can feel secure, be himself, and be loved for the sweet boy he is.

This is my baby. She is 11 years old. Unfortunately she is not always friendly. She does not like new people (will hiss and swat) and she is very temperamental. She will allow me to pick her up, but on her terms. She is a special cat, and will need someone experienced to work with her until she warms up to them. She does not have shots, simply because the stress of taking her to the vet. She is somewhat aggressive and it is difficult for her and the veterinarian. But I am happy to pay for her to get updated shots. She has always been an indoor cat. She’s vocal and still very playful. She often gets the zoomies in the middle of the night. She tolerates and is nice to my small dog, but I wouldn’t say she is his biggest fan. I’m in a difficult situation and would love to find her a caring home that can accommodate her.

Story

I rescued Dexter as a stray. Him and his siblings were in bad condition, but he was the only extremely friendly one that wanted to be rescued. He loves attention and is really affectionate. He is curious and daring, and loves to play with other cats and dogs. He loves sitting at windows and watching the birds. I wish I had more space for him to play more but I recently moved into a smaller apartment and feel bad he doesn’t have the same space to do zoomies.

Rocket is a sweet, affectionate 6-year-old cat who has a very special bond with his owner. Once he trusts you, he loves nothing more than curling up on your chest for cuddles and rubbing his face against yours. He has a loving side that makes those quiet one-on-one moments incredibly special. Rocket is also a curious guy who loves watching the world go by from the window. One of his favorite forms of entertainment is watching birds on TV — he can happily sit and keep an eye on them as if they were right outside! Rocket grew up with his brother cat, but as they have gotten older, their relationship has changed and they are no longer getting along. He has also shown aggression toward other animals and people, so he will need a home where he can be the only pet and where his boundaries and behavior can be carefully managed. Because of his behavioral challenges, Rocket needs an experienced adopter who understands cats, is patient, and is comfortable working with a cat who may take time

Axl is a sweet, affectionate cat who loves being around his people. Once he feels comfortable, he’ll happily curl up next to you for cuddles, follow you around the house, and be your little shadow. He loves interactive play, especially laser pointers and string toys, and has a fun, playful personality.He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly and becomes curious and confident. He’s also great about using scratchers.Axl is very food-motivated. He gets along well with dogs and cats but would likely do best as an only animal.One of Axl’s favorite things is relaxing in the sunshine outside. I chose busy schedule as nothing really fit but the truth is I just want him to go to a better home. I move a lot which is stressful on him and live in an apartment and he’s likes to sit outside if he can. He is a loving, loyal companion with a big heart and so much love to give.

Salem is two years old. I found her as a kitten after a storm hiding in the bushes. I think the storm scared her away from her neighborhood and siblings. She can still be frightened of people and hides when anyone is around until she is comfortable, then she will be out and about. Once she is comfortable, she just loves to be in the same room as you. She doesn’t want a lot of attention. She is a very good girl.
