Story

Danny has anxiety. From the moment we got him, he was very hissy, and it took about two weeks for him to settle into his new home. He did finally, but he can be skiddish, and will hiss sometimes if he feels threatened, mostly by a broom or vacuum cleaner, etc. He is super nervous around our dog, which causes him to pee where the dog lays. He is litter box trained, and we believe he would do very well in an environment by himself, with an owner(s) who has time to sit with him and give him undivided attention often. Ideally someone who likes to sit and watch tv and wants a cat for companionship. He does get along with his brother, but we feel he would be much better off with one person and no other pets. He's a little different, in that HE likes to pet YOU. So if you reach your hand out to pet him, he will back away, but if you just put your hand out, he will come and rub your hand with his head. He also likes to climb, so have many sources of height for him is ideal, so playful.
