We saved this precious girls life. She was rescued and could barely breathe. Her rescuers reached out to us, they had no money and needed help. This cat has been through it all! She had pyometra, severe stomatitus, and was breathing through a pinhole. She has been spayed, felv/fiv tested negative, and shots. All but her fangs have been removed and as you can see she went from a cat that couldn't breathe 7 months ago to a chunky cat! Now her rescuers is moving and cant take her. Jerry said he cannot understand why he is looking for a new home because he did everything right. He is sweet, personable and a love muffin. We saved this young man in 2024 when he had a urinary blockage and was at an Emergency Clinic. He was transferred to rescue and adopted to a quiet home, no other pets, and they loved him. Unfortunately, they are moving to Florida and cannot take him. We had PU (perineal urethrostomy) surgery done to help eliminate further blockages. He does eat special food. He is such a great cat. He was picked on in his very first home by other cats which was stressful for him. This home was perfect with no other pets. He would probably do best in an only cat home. Ripley (Tuxedo) and Ash (gray tuxedo) are both 4 years old, littermates born Mother's Day weekend in 2022. They have never been separated and would need to be adopted together. They're both very sweet, mild-tempered cats that are shy at first, but love to cuddle and be pet. They don't like being picked up but are happy to sit on or by you. Ripley is a princess (she'll even tell you so!) while Ash is a goofy lover. They both like laser lights, string toys, and watching birds out windows.They haven't been around kids yet (I bet they'd love young ones to play with them!) but have never bitten or scratched me on purpose even when I force my love on them. They would need time to get used to a dog, but don't get along well with other cats. I love these two very much and deciding to rehome them has been heart-wrenching, but increasing mental health struggles are leaving me without the patience and energy to care for and play with them like they so deserve. They'd appreciate a no-declaw home.
