Story
Milo is a sweet sweet boy who has been with us for a couple of months now, we had him given to us from a friend because one of his siblings scratched his eye playing too rough so he is a little timid but does like to play just not too rough. He doesnt enjoy being picked up but loves to come sit next to you, rub up on you and get pets everywhere but the paws, which have extra toes! We were told he is 2 years old, not fixed and hasnt had any shots but has never been sick or gotten any other cats sick. We need him rehomed due to the eye, we dont have the means to make sure everything is right. We did the best we could with what we have and he seems very comfortable with how his eye is right now but it still gets gunky and crusty, and we want the best for all cats.

Story
Step through the golden gates and meet Charlie, a 6-year-old sweetheart who proves that the best things in life are pure, kind, and a little bit magical. Much like his storybook namesake, Charlie may need a little time to settle into a new world—but once he does, his affection flows endlessly.Charlie is extremely loving and gentle, the kind of cat who makes every day feel warmer just by being near you. He’s lived harmoniously with other cats before and and while he has no official history with dogs, he may be open to the idea with the right introductions. When it comes to kids, we’re using good judgment. Now, every great story has a twist—and Charlie’s is that he has a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. What this really means is that Charlie is looking for a dedicated adopter who’s ready to build a thoughtful relationship with a veterinarian and give him the care he deserves. Our staff is more than happy to walk interested adopters through Charlie’s medical needs and answer any questions. In return, you’ll receive a golden ticket of a cat whose love is rich, deep, and genuinely special.
