Story
Pandy was found at our friends farm, in early April of this year, presumably dropped off. She has another cat that did not get along with him, so we took him in to foster him and be sure he was healthy. We have had him since mid April. He is an amazing cat, and is very very loving! He loves food, kids, dogs, and even wants to make friends with our other cats. We took him to the vet, he got his vaccines and it was noted that he was already fixed. We were very worried about his front leg, as it is clearly broken. The Vet said it looks as though it occurred when he was a kitten and it has since healed, but there is nothing to do for it. Pandy’s broken leg does not stop him from walking, running, jumping or even catching mice. We do believe that he needs to be the only male cat in a home, as he did pee outside of the litter box 4 times. We discussed this with our vet and it was determined to be from territorial behaviors.

Story
Anubis came to us as a kitten as a gift. Anubis is very much a stereotypical cat who prefers to love you on his terms, preferably rubbing on your legs while in the kitchen. He can be very shy and tends to dart away when he is nervous. We hate to rehome him since he’s a very sweet boy but unfortunately he doesn’t get along with our older female cat. We are asking for a quiet and slow household for him so that he can relax and live you the way he needs.

Story
Duke is a 6-month-old, medium-haired kitten with a story of quiet resilience. He came from a local Trap, Neuter, and Release program and was completely wild when he was first caught. Thanks to the incredible patience and dedication of his foster over the past couple of months, Duke has made huge progress and is now ready to find his forever home. Duke is shy and gentle, and he does best in a calm, low-key environment. He may not ever be a lap cat, but he doesn’t need to be to be special. He’s the kind of companion who will share your space, watch the world from a cozy spot nearby, and bring a peaceful presence into your home. One thing Duke absolutely loves is other cats. He gains confidence from them and would thrive in a home with friendly feline companions to help show him the ropes. If you’re looking for a quiet companion and have the patience to let Duke continue blossoming at his own pace, he could be the perfect addition to your home. Sometimes the most rewarding relationships are the ones that grow slowly. You can apply to adopt him here: www.tinyurl.com/AAOAdopt ***All of our adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated for their age and size for rabies and FVRCP, dewormed, flea-free/treated, and Microchipped with w/registration included to you post adoption. You will receive vet records via email after the adoption to provide to your vet.

Story
This is Atticus. His previous owners left him behind insider a trailer. This is the 2nd time in his life he's been abandoned, but he's still a happy, loving, chonky boy. He's around 5 years old, neutered, and does well with other cats and dogs. He was used to a full house of pets and loves the company. If anyone is able to provide a home for him, that would be amazing. He deserves a space where he can be comfortable and happy. Atticus didn't have any toys in his previous home, but he's loving a shiny fuzzy ball and enjoys looking out open windows. He's simple to please and loves a whole lot.

Story
Momma cat showed up to my door as a super pregnant very young cat. I felt compelled to offer her a safe place to have her babies. Now I have 3 beautiful kittens that need a better chance at life than the streets of lansing can offer. There is one all black long haired boy fluffball that is quiet and cautious so far. There is one gray long haired girl fluffball that is the most loving of the 3. There is one all black short haired boy that is playful and curious. Momma tested negative for kitty leukemia thankfully. These babies where born on April 27th so they are still young for getting spayed or neutered but they are off mommas milk and eating dry food. Please consider finding room for a new kitten in need.
