Story
✨️Lorna Doone✨️ Lorna is a tuxedo female, estimated 1 year old, DSH. She is spayed, FIV/FeLV/Heartworm tested (negative for all), microchipped, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, on regular flea/tick prevention, and litterbox trained. She doesn't overeat, so she can successfully be free-fed. 🥰 She is independant, loves snoozing away in her cat tree, or window watching. Lorna is slow to warm up, but does exceptionally well with the company of other kitties! 🐈‍⬛ This girl LOVES being part of a colony. She likes other cats who are friendly, boisturous, loving, and preferably male. She seems nervous around dominant females kitties, but exists with a mild-mannered female just fine. :) She prefers sprinkles of kids and dogs, but coexists well with a place of her own to decompress when she is overwhelmed. This girly is looking to head into the holidays with her forever family! 🎃🦃🎄She would do wonderful in an adult only home, a home with one or several other cats, or a home with a predictible schedule. Please check out our adoption process & on-line application here: https://www.newhopepetrescue.com/Adoption Fee for dogs cover the following vetting:1. Story
I got Minnie from a friends house kitten batch. I am moving to low income housing and I can not take the 2 cats with me. She is not one that likes other cats (at least her litter mate) and would work well being an only cat. Once she is use to you Minnie is very loveable and can be the Kittie you have always wanted. She is very shy but will warm up to you in no time. she is about 6.5 years old and had shots when being fixed. I do not know how well Minnie would work with other cats as the one cat I am also re homing is her brother and she fights with him. She had her shots when she was fixed as a kitten and is an inside cat I do not know how well she travels as she has not been anywhere since coming home from vet getting fixed. Please choose Minnie!

Story
Ms. Kitty is a sweet shy girl. She is a bonded pair with Tom, who is in the 2nd photo with her. She lives in her heated outdoor home with her life partner Tom. I first saw Ms Kitty in Jan of 2025, thin cold and hungry. I gained her trust enough to catch her and get her spayed. Ms Kitty lets me pet her when she is eating and has never tried to bite or scratch me. Ms kitty needs a loving home with best friend Tom to live out their lives together.

Story
Louis is 3 years old and is part domestic medium hair and part maine coon. I adopted him when he was just 6 weeks old from a cat shelter. As a kitten, louis loved to play and spend time with me and was very affectionate. He was never really a social cat though, he loves whoever is taking care of him and shows them affection. Once I started getting busy with work and travel, I found it more difficult to allocate time for him and I started seeing signs of loneliness. Louis is currently on Fluoxetine as my vet recommended it due to him developing anxiety issues most likely due to being alone for large portions of the day. I would love an experienced adopter or someone who is well versed with taking care of cats of this situation. He has been such an important part of my life but at this point I do want what is best for him to live a happier rest of his life :)

Story
Gonzo is a very sweet cat we adopted recently. We were told by the shelter he is very good with other cats but that is very far from the case. We have spent almost 2 months trying to socialize him with our other cat with no luck. He is a very good, healthy cat who eats, drinks water, and uses the litterbox great. We would rather find a good home for him instead of sending him back to the shelter as we have the room to keep the cats separated, but this cannot be a permanent solution for any of us. He is loved dearly, but my resident cat needs to remain the priority, he is just not a good fit for us. He is about 7 years old, and I have his vaccination and health screening record. He just needs to be the only cat in the house. I am unsure how he is with dogs, but I personally would not risk it. He is very sweet and loving with humans, so I imagine he would be good with kids. Looking for a home where he will be indoor only. Big cuddler, very playful and sweet.
