Acquired this cat from a neighbor in 2010. He was living under her deck and her cats were mean to it. We adopted it and gave him to my daughter for her birthday. Turns out everyone in the family was very allergic except me. He became a garage/outdoor cat. He has a very nice space and in the winters an insulated house. However, my husband and I are moving to Florida (pet free community) and have not been able to find a home for him. He is very sweet and loving. He uses a litter box in the garage in the winter, but not so much when it’s warmer out.

Despite this, Pumpkin doesn't let her physical challenges define her. She navigates her environment with determination, confidently climbing stairs and exploring cat towers with ease. Her condition does not affect her litter box habits—she is fully litter trained and maintains excellent hygiene. While she does occasionally require gentle baths to clean her feet, she tolerates them well, even if she voices her displeasure. Pumpkin is an independent, affectionate, and lively companion with a remarkable personality. Kiera is seven years old. She is a sweet, affectionate cat with a big personality. She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations. In the morning she will give you tiny "good morning" squeaks. She thrives on closeness and routine. She is very active and curious with a strong hunting instinct (she has caught mice and bugs). She is at her best when she has stimulation and enrichment. She is very wary of young children due to a traumatic event in kittenhood. She’d be happiest in a calm, indoor-outdoor environment with safe outdoor access or even a home that needs a working mouse-catcher. She was adopted with her sister, who is now with my ex-husband. She was dominant with her sister, and has not integrated well with other cats in my experience. Unknown with dogs.
