We’re Oak and Spruce! We came from a factory with our dad, Elm. I used to be really shy but now I love my foster mama where I give head butts and love to bite her ponytail and love scratches on the chin and kisses on the nose. I'm a lot more affectionate than my brother, Oak, but I love him very much and we are a bonded pair. We love to play and chase each other around. We need someone who is willing to give us time to flourish! Story

Lionel was a neighborhood cat that became ill and one of the neighbors brought him to the shelter. The shelter thought he was old and wanted to euthanize him, so the neighbor decided to find him a rescue that would save him. We stepped in and took him to the vet and the vet said he was only three years old with a five-year period because he had a hard life of living outside (another reason not to have your cats outside!). He suffered greatly with malnutrition, unhealthy living conditions, and a very poor diet resulting in him contracting FIV, but he can still live a long and happy life with it!  Lionel has since been to the vet and he’s starting to gain weight! We suggest no small children and someone who just wants a kitty cat to hang out with. He likes to hang out on the couch and have an occasional piece of donut with you and loves to snack on people food. He enjoys soft blankies and would enjoy a summer catio. Elm is the father to Oak and Spruce. He was found in a factory with his children and trapped and brought in a basket with his kids to our rescue. He was very scared and shy and has continued to be as such. He can be pet but cannot be picked up. They thought for the longest time that he was the mother, but he is definitely not! Oak really loves his dad and it would be great if all three of them (Elm, Oak, and Spruce) could go to their forever home together. If we could find a middle-aged woman who wants to start her very own crazy cat lady kit, we could set her up with absolutely everything and then they could all be together!
