Story
Age6YEst. Birthdate10/14/2019Kiki hides from people/is very scared of people. We had no chance to get him accustomed to being around people as a kitten. As a result, he hides upon any contact with people. He is, however, not aggressive for most of the time.We have had him since birth. He can be talkative from a distance. He has another cat to hang around with. They play together and groom each other. I occasionally will get to spend time petting him and brushing him after giving him food. He’s very food driven, and unfortunately that contributes to his unhealthy weight. Sometimes Kiki will use the bathroom outside of the litter box and we have no way of encouraging him to stop this habit. This didn’t start until we traveled and were gone for a while, having someone else care for him. Kiki really dislikes kennels. The last time I tried to get him in a kennel, he freaked out and started banging his head against the door. It broke my heart. His favorite place to be is the basement.

Story
Frank (grey) and Pheobe (black) have been house-hopping from one house to the next until they landed in our lap. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to take care of two more cats on top of our three. So these two cuties will need to find a new home. They get along great, cuddle, and groom each other. Frank is a very sweet boy who loves food more than anything, is quite stocky, and drools a bit when he makes biscuits. His meows are very quiet and chirp-like, and he is always willing to greet you at the door. Pheobe is a bit more shy, but comes out of her shell with a little patience. When she feels comfortable, she leans into pets and kisses, nuzzles, and loves to sit up high. She's not very food motivated, but she has an intense interest in whatever Frank is doing, even if he sometimes annoys her with his antics.

Story
Gibbs (gibby) has been a great cat. He is about 1.5-2 years old. He’s been good with our other cat, can be afraid of dogs, and has been good with kids as long as they don’t pull on him. We have loved having Gibby and we’re truly so devastated to have to separate with him. We had a baby about 9 months ago and Gibby has not transitioned well with the change. He has begun marking all around the house. We have taken him to the vet which cleared him of any medical issues. After an entire house reset (new litter boxes, new litter, different location, meds) Gibby is still marking his territory and has become a fearful/anxious cat. We love him dearly but it hurts us to see him so scared and upset, and we cannot keep cleaning up cat pee and risking him peeing in our baby’s room. Gibby may take some time to warm, but once comfortable he is such a cuddle bug and loves to play! Would love to see him go to someone with experience with this who can give him time and love.

Story
This beautiful patched calico is now one year old. Abednego may be a little reserved at first, but once she trusts you, she begins to open up and be herself. She is the kind of cat who loves to nap nearby, blink slowly at you from across the room, and settle in beside you when the world feels a little too loud. Abednego has been through a lot, but she is resilient and full of love. She does well in calm environments and would thrive in a home where she can feel safe and cherished. She gets along with other respectful cats and would be a wonderful companion to someone patient and kind. Abednego is spayed, vaccinated, and ready to find her forever home. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful soul to share your space and your heart with, Abednego might just be the one.

Story
Pumpkin is a resilient and spirited one-year-old kitty who has overcome a challenging start in life. Her partial paralysis is believed to be the result of a birth injury or a congenital spinal condition. Despite this, Pumpkin doesn’t let her physical challenges define her. She navigates her environment with determination, confidently climbing stairs and exploring cat towers with ease. Her condition does not affect her litter box habits — she is fully litter trained and maintains excellent hygiene. While she does occasionally require gentle baths to clean her feet, she tolerates them well, even if she voices her displeasure. Nicknamed “Punk,” she may be partially paralyzed, but don’t let it fool you — she has the attitude of ten cats. Pumpkin is a special-needs kitty who will thrive with an experienced, committed adopter.
