Story
Meet Petunia, an elegant 7-year-old tuxedo long-haired beauty, with an enchanting blend of reserve and charm. Petunia is a shy soul, finding comfort in the cozy confines of cardboard boxes, where she likes to nap or simply spend time in solitude. Patience is key with this lovely lady; she prefers a slow-paced life and requires a serene environment to fully blossom. A good book read aloud, some tantalizing treats, or a bit of catnip can go a long way in helping Petunia feel safe and loved. Her previous experiences with other felines have been positive, suggesting she would be open to sharing her space with another gentle cat. If you're seeking a quiet companion and can provide the tranquil home Petunia requires, she's ready to reward your patience with her heartwarming companionship. Can you give Petunia the peaceful forever home she seeks? Please contact zopharus@gmail.com to learn more and meet her!

Story
Meet Woulda, Coulda, and Shoulda! These three little kids were rescued from the cold winter by a kind person and brought here to Lollypop Farm. After surviving on their own for so long, they are still working on getting used to people and all of the crazy gadgets people have in their homes! Right now, all three of them are chilling in a foster home and warming up on their own time. They all have little quirks, and the longer they adjust, the more their personalities are blossoming! Woulda is the most playful of the group. He still isn’t a fan of touch, or even of people looking at him, unless there is a wand toy or some yummy food involved. He and Coulda spend most of their time playing and cuddling together. Coulda, the only lady of the group, is the most well-rounded. She’ll approach, sniff your finger, and sometimes give you little headbutts or even flop onto the floor and show her big kitten belly! She is the most ready-for-anything kitten of the three, but she’s still learning how to be brave, just like her brothers. Shoulda is the biggest boy, and the snuggliest bug! He spends most of his time hiding and watching from a safe space (at the moment, he has decided that is underneath my cabinet, despite numerous other hiding spaces,) but if you offer him some pets he’s going to start leaning in, purring, and sticking out his little tongue. These kitties need another cat in the home to flourish. Their big foster brother, my resident cat, has been instrumental in getting them to come out. If they see, or even hear him, all three come out, play, roll around, and are so much less fearful. They need another cat to bond to that can help them learn that humans are really their friends. Gentle voices, gentle hands, yummy treats, toys, and patience are the other ways to get these kiddos to warm up. Just go slow and you’ll end up with a loving companion. If you are interested in meeting the little friends, please message me (their foster mom,) at arichardson@lollypop.org! We can talk all about their little quirks and discuss whether one (or multiple!) would be a good fit for your family.

Story
Christopher Robin is a gentle young soul, a 2-year-old grey and white fellow with a charming beauty mark upon his muzzle, as if it were painted there by a careful hand. Once abandoned, he now dreams of a cozy indoor life—one filled with soft beds, kind voices, and the quiet comfort of being truly cherished. True to his storybook name, Christopher Robin has a thoughtful, tender way about him, happiest in calm surroundings where days pass quietly and companionship is soft and steady. He finds happiness in covered beds that feel like little cottages, in catnip toys that bring out a playful spark, and in the simple magic of being spoken to gently, as if sharing small, important thoughts with a trusted friend. Christopher Robin is also feline leukemia positive, which means he will need to live as an indoor-only kitty, either with other FeLV-positive friends or as a beloved only cat—but cats like him can still enjoy many happy, love-filled years, especially when surrounded by good care, warm beds, and gentle hearts. A few tender head scritches are always welcome, and with patience and love, this sweet, shy boy will be a loyal and comforting companion, the sort of friend who makes even ordinary days feel a little more peaceful and bright.
