Story
Meet Juniper and Ollie, the mother son duo who are such a loving pair. They play, eat and sleep together. When one is out of sight the other will call out with cries until they are reunited. They love sharing food - especially Churros and generally enjoy each other’s company. Both are great eaters and sleepers. Juniper is a sweet mama cat who enjoys pets. At only 10 months old she is curious kitten herself and likes to explore. Easy going is a great way to describe her as she never frets if you spend time with her kitten. Ollie is an energetic playful boy. At about 3 months old, he loves his toys but also loves running around the apartment. He perks up when you enter the room and loves when you give him extra affection. Juniper and Ollie are bonded and must be adopted together. Juniper is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative and up-to-date on her vaccines. Ollie is up to date on his vaccinations and tested negative FIV/FeLV. His neuter is included in our adoption fee as long as you bring him back to us at 5 months. They have both been treated for fleas and parasites and are ready for a loving furrever home! If you would like to schedule a meet & greet, please go to our application here: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/. Make sure you click on Juniper & Ollie, then identify Claire as the RESCUER and fill out the form!       Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to saving the next homeless angel on the street. February 20, 2026, 3:52 pm

Story
🌺 Aloha, I’m Keke Leilani 🌺 My name means “heavenly flower,” and I’m a 9-year-young island girl at heart. I just celebrated my birthday on February 17th, and my only wish is to find my forever ‘ohana — my family. 💕 I may be a little shy when we first meet, like a quiet breeze before sunrise. But once I feel safe, I will bloom just for you. I am a true people-person kitty. I don’t need other cats or dogs in my world — my heart is happiest when it belongs to my human. I will follow you gently from room to room, just wanting to be near you. When you rest on the couch, I will lay beside you. When you sleep, I’ll be close, feeling safe in your presence. I love soft pets, calm spaces, and peaceful moments. I was surrendered through no fault of my own, but I carry nothing but sweetness in my heart. I am fully vetted and ready to begin my next chapter — one filled with love, patience, and quiet companionship. If you are looking for a loyal little shadow with a tender spirit, perhaps we are meant to be each other’s home. 🌸 With love, Keke Leilani 🌺🐾

Story
Marmot is truly a special cat. He’s gentle and cuddly, and loves affection as much as any cat could! He’s happiest with company around him and will want to spend a lot of his time in the same room as you or even cuddled up next to you on the couch. He’s never once swatted or hissed at us, and he loves kisses and to be pet around his face. Marmot has a healthy appetite and is definitely food-motivated, but not so much that he gets into things he shouldn’t. His favorite food is Fancy Feast Shreds, and he absolutely loves Temptations and Churu for special occasions.  Marmot even seems comfortable with dogs! He’s been curious about our (65 lb) dog since he arrived, and after they finally met he warmed up incredibly quickly. He doesn’t shy away from being in the same space and will even spend time on the same couch with our dog (though he may stick up for himself if he feels overwhelmed or surprised).  While Marmot’s playful side hasn’t fully come out just yet, he’s shown interest in wand toys and bird videos on YouTube. Marmot would love being in a home with a parent that can give him the affection and company that he craves.  This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat.  February 20, 2026, 3:30 pm
