When senior Kodi’s owners moved and couldn’t take him with them, Kodi was fortunate to find safety in our care once again. Time with our vets revealed this gracious lap cat had a health crisis brewing, but thanks to their diligence, support for his diabetes is easily handled through a special diet and medication—no insulin shots required! Kodi’s medical care is covered at cost through out Pet Health Centers. In such a short time, we’re already marveling at his health progress. His determination to find a purrmanent lap to claim as his own is quite possibly all you’ll need to fall in love with your new best friend. We know that’s all it took for us! ##2590768##

Named MIEP by her rescuer to honor a righteous soul who safeguarded Anne Frank and her family during WWII, her eyes are proud and sincere and her gaze is purposeful. She's adorably chatty and Miep actually does "meep"! But it's when she comes into your arms, purring steadily, that you feel a real sense of serenity and comfort. We love when she prods us with a paw, hoping for some quality time and we've actually had legit conversations in cat-speak.
