Story
What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles! My purr motor is always running!Lunar Eclipse is laying on top of his den, observing the assessor with wide eyes as they approach. When the kennel door is opened and he is called to, he comes down from the top of the den, stretching and greeting the assessor at the front of the kennel with a head bunt. He allows and leans into all petting and is able to be easily picked up, remaining calm and purring as he is held. When he is placed back into his kennel, Lunar Eclipse remains at the front of the kennel, continuing to purr, head bunt, and lean into all petting.Lunar Eclipse interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 7.2 Age: 1yrs 0mths 0wks

Story
Meet Rambo 🧡 Rambo is a ~2-year-old orange tabby with a big heart and classic orange cat energy. His start to life was incredibly unfair. After his original owner fell on hard times, Rambo was left in someone else’s care and was thrown from the ninth floor of an apartment building during a violent incident. Miraculously, he survived with just a broken hip. I’m a veterinarian and sponsored his surgery and rehab, and today Rambo is fully healed and thriving. Rambo is affectionate, goofy, curious, and sweet, with a little sass on his own terms. He loves attention but does best with someone who understands cat behavior and respects boundaries. His foster is heading off to vet school and can no longer keep him, so Rambo is looking for a forever home. If you believe in second chances and love orange cats, this special boy might be your guy!

Story
APPLICATION IS THE FIRST STEP: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ADVR/Cat Meet Minou, a sweet and silly soul who believes the best place to be is exactly where you are. He is a professional lap cat through and through, though he also specializes in "helping" you work by lounging across your keyboard or weaving between your feet while you walk. While he tends to hide first and ask questions later, his shy start is just a prelude to a lifetime of devotion. Minou has a big heart for people and has loved every human he’s met so far. When it comes to other furry roommates, he’s a bit more selective. He would do best with pets who are happy to ignore him or owners who are willing to commit to a long, slow introduction. If you have a warm lap and a little patience for a shy guy who turns into a total shadow and mush, Minou is the perfect match for you. Minou is neutered, negative for FIV/FeLV, microchipped, and up to date with all vaccines. All of AdvoCat Rescue's cats and kittens are fostered in private homes. We require a completed application to be submitted prior to scheduling potential adopters to meet them. Once an application is approved, we then schedule a virtual meet and greet.  Applications can be accessed on this link: www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ADVR/Cat Adoption fee is $150
