Story
Meet Ayden, laid-back sweetheart with an even bigger heart. This very friendly big boy loves people, gets along well with other cats, and shows his affection with gentle head-butts, and snuggling on a warm lap. After losing his human mom, Ayden came to a shelter, but luckily his mom's friend was able to take him in to find a loving home. His beautiful eyes are two different colors—a unique trait that doesn’t affect his sight at all. Ayden would love nothing more than a loving home as he starts his next chapter in life.

Story
Eleanor (Ellie, aka Ellie Belly) arrived at our fosters on Christmas Day: Christmas Day is usually a day of warmth and gifts, but for Eleanor, it was about survival. Found shivering and starving on the coldest day of the year, this resilient girl was saved. Since then, her life has been a series of "firsts": her first warm bed, her first full bowl of food, and her first time feeling safe. Eleanor is learning to be a cat and learning about love. She is now a snuggler who will happily claim your lap for hours. She’s discovered the joy of being brushed and loves being pet, she follows you around with sweet curiosity. It’s a reminder of how far she’s come. She is playful, affectionate, and ready to trade her "stray" status for a permanent place in your heart. She does well with older children.

Story
Hi there, Polly here! I am a long-time stray who was finally rescued with my son, Cato, by my side. Now that he has found his forever home, it is my turn! I am just the cutest cat looking for my forever home. I am a very sweet cat who loves to play, but I can be a bit shy when you first meet me. I was used to living in constant fear for my safety, and I was always worrying about where I would find my next meal. I am finally starting to realize that I have been rescued and that I can RELAX! I would love a home with windows I can look out, and I LOVE cat trees! I also like to explore, play with wand toys, and eat treats. In return, I will give you all my love and affection for the rest of my life. Polly is about 1 year old and has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS. To express an interest in adopting her, you need to fill out our adoption application, including as much detail as possible at https://kittycorner.org/adoption/application/.  Please be sure that your email address is correct. If your application is accepted, KittyCorner will contact you via email to set up a time for you to come and meet her.  We require a donation of $100 per kitten/cat which will contribute to the cost of veterinary care that the cat(s) received for all the above-mentioned procedures/treatments.  KittyCorner is a New York State Registered Shelter/Rescue, Registration Number: RR0279. *All kittycorner.org kittens/cats come with a lifetime “cat-back” guarantee. If at any time, for any reason they need to be returned/rehomed, please just return them to KittyCorner. We will happily take them back as our mission is to ensure that all our adoptees will always have a safe place to stay and call home.April 23, 2025, 9:55 pm

Story
Meet Dulcie, a 10-year-old sweetheart with a heart as soft as her fur. Don’t let her age fool you—this girl still has plenty of pep in her paws and love to give! Dulcie is a friendly, affectionate companion who adores being near her people. She’ll be your cozy couch buddy, your sunbeam sidekick, and your personal therapist—all rolled into one beautiful tabby package. Born in May of 2015 and true to her Gemini roots, Dulcie is full of personality—curious, clever, and always up for a chat (especially if you’re handing out treats). She loves a window with a view, gentle pets, and those quiet, soul-soothing moments when she knows she’s truly safe and loved. Dulcie was found abandoned in the countryside with her sister, Ari, and has shown incredible resilience and grace. While she loves people deeply, Dulcie prefers to be the only cat in the household, where she can soak up all the love and attention she so deserves. Adopt Dulcie, and welcome a wise, warm-hearted cat who’s ready to finally settle into the forever home she’s always dreamed of. Dulcie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS. To express an interest in adopting her, you need to fill out our adoption application, including as much detail as possible at https://kittycorner.org/adoption/application/.  Please be sure that your email address is correct.
