Story
This breaks my heart to post but due to circumstances I need to rehome. Chip is full of energy and loves to play. He is so cuddly and loves attention and being in the middle of everything going on. I got him from a shelter 3 years ago when he was only 1. He is now 4 his birthday is Jan. 17th. I am looking for someone who preferably has had a cat before and is wanting a buddy to hang out with. He will be there when you cry and make you laugh. A clean home he is great with kids and funny with dogs (He's only been around dogs that have been around cats). As I said it truly breaks my heart to write this because he is the light of my life but I want to make sure he goes to a great home. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Story
Kira is a super sweet tabby cat. She has been around a small dog and did ok. She would’ve best if she was solo. She is 15 years old but no special needs and no health problems. You wouldn’t know she is an older cat, still in great health and very mobile. She is spayed and declawed.

Story
If you are looking for a beautiful, persistent, smart, alert cat, consider Maddie! After she gets to know you, she will be affectionate and talkative. I adopted Maddie a year ago. She has had a rough life, and she can be defensive and is very shy. The vet estimated in August that she was about 3 years old. It took her weeks to let me see her and for her to warm up to me, and she still hides if anyone else is in my house. But she purrs and head bumps me, and is excited when I come home. Maddie spends lots of time observing me, birds, squirrels and zooming around. She's fetched a toy! She is quite food and treat motivated! She can spend 20 minutes working on a treat "puzzle." And she is vocal, especially if I am in the kitchen. Maddie is a sweet, beautiful, sleek cat who needs a patient owner. She would be an ideal cat for a quiet home with no children or other pets.

Story
Meet Jinx, a 2-year, 6-month-old male domestic shorthair weighing 13 pounds, 6 ounces. This striking black-and-white tuxedo cat captivates with golden-green eyes brimming with curiosity and an endearing face. Found as a stray enduring freezing conditions while searching for food and shelter, Jinx has blossomed into a loyal, sensitive companion in foster care. He thrives on human connection, offering intense gazes, contented purring, and cuddles to invite gentle affection. Jinx has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP, FeLV, and rabies, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and treated with NexGard COMBO for comprehensive parasite protection. He displays sweet habits, such as rolling onto his back and playfully swatting at the air, reflecting his calm demeanor and deep need for affection. By adopting Jinx, your $50 donation supports GetFixedOK’s mission to provide affordable spay and neuter services, helping combat pet overpopulation in Oklahoma.

Story
Girlie Girl belonged to some friends I lived with who rescued her from a previous owner who sought to put her down. She was the sole cat in the house and warmed right up to me. The friends I lived with had neglected her, and I took up caring for her until I moved out. I couldn’t take her with me, but my girlfriend had two other friendly cats whom she cares for very well and gladly took her in. We took her to the vet and got her shots up to date and did our best to make her feel at home. Unfortunately, Girlie became very anxious and territorial, and would behave violently toward the other cats and sometimes us. We have tried over the last 6 months to make her feel more at home, and she’s often still a very nice and gentle cat, but we feel we’ve done all we can to no avail. She would do best in a home with no other pets. She sometimes goes outside of the litter box if it’s full, but otherwise uses it regularly. When stressed, she may bite or swipe, but she has never drawn blood.

Story
Name: Pixie Age: 1 year, 10 months Gender: Female Meet Pixie, a petite 7-pound Domestic Shorthair beauty with a chic harlequin coat and sparkling green eyes. Her sweet and talkative personality is sure to win you over. Pixie enjoys basking in the sun, whether in a cat stroller or on a windowsill, and she likes to playfully paw at cat videos on YouTube and observe birds through the window. Pixie, while in foster care, gravitated toward the company of male cats, and with gradual introductions, her initial timidity developed into self-assurance. A calm setting would help her flourish and grow in confidence. Invite her into your home, and see your relationship bloom. Pixie has received complete veterinary care, including spay surgery, FeLV/FIV testing, FVRCP and rabies vaccinations, and parasite treatment.
