Meet Ziggy!Ziggy is a super friendly cat who loves people. He is patient with children, and even gets along well with dogs. He loves being part of the family. He is happiest curled up in someone's lap, soaking up pets.Ziggy's ideal home is one where he can safely enjoy time outdoors. He has a very strong desire to be outside and has repeatedly found ways to escape despite our best efforts to keep him indoors. He has clawed through window screens and will dash through open doors whenever he gets the chance.Unfortunately, we live in an area where outdoor cats are not permitted, and we've come to the difficult realization that we can't provide the lifestyle he clearly wants and needs.We also want to be transparent that Ziggy has a history of spraying, even though he is neutered. This has occurred both outdoors and occasionally inside the home. Because of this, he may be best suited to an experienced cat owner who understands territorial marking behaviours and is willing to work with him.
