Some cats stroll into a room. Alphonso Davies arrives at full speed.
Named after Canada's world-famous superstar and one of the best left-backs on the planet, Alphonso is a big ol' tomcat with an even bigger personality and, as you'll immediately notice, an absolutely enormous head. Scientists have yet to determine whether it's filled with advanced tactical knowledge or just thoughts about snacks.
Like his namesake, Alphonso is built to cover ground. One moment he's relaxing in his own half, the next he's somehow appeared across the room investigating your dinner, supervising your chores, or launching a surprise attack on a toy mouse. His acceleration is impressive for a player of his size, and his ability to insert himself into every situation has earned rave reviews from scouts.
And just like the soccer star's trademark attacking runs from defense, Alphonso has never met a boundary he didn't want to cross. Closed door? He's involved. New room? He's involved. Conversation between humans? He's definitely involved.
The photo says it all: alert eyes, confident posture, and that tongue-out expression that suggests he's either plotting his next move or just finished cleaning up after a successful snack opportunity. Either way, he's ready for action.
As a senior member of our Canadian Men's National Team Cat Collection, Alphonso combines veteran presence with elite athleticism. He's the kind of cat who makes things happen simply by showing up and with a head that size, showing up is hard to miss.
