We've had Nix for 12 years since our oldest son brought her home, but our daughter has moved back home and has allergies that prevent us from keeping her. We've tried the allergy food, which helped some, but not enough. She loves to be around people and cuddle. She even tolerates our grandchildren for a time until they are overwhelming, then she just leaves the situation. She has even learned to be around our son's dogs when they stay with us for a few days, but I don't know how she would be long-term. She is sweet and kind and mostly indoors. She has always used the outside to relieve herself, and we've not had to use a litter box with her unless we are out of town for a few days. I believe she would love someone who has time to spend and cuddle with her daily. I don't think she would do well with another cat around; she constantly fought with her son, who our son wanted to keep in the house.

Meet Harley 🐾 Harley is a big, handsome cat with an even bigger personality—and a huge purr! He can be a little hard to get to know at first, but once you've earned his trust, he loves deeply and loyally. Harley gets excited when his favorite person comes home and will happily greet you by rubbing around your legs to say hello. Harley is a big eater, an excellent mouser, and quite the farm cat at heart. He spent the early part of his life on a farm, where he proved himself to be a talented hunter—even catching mice and snakes! Harley has had mixed experiences with other cats, so he may do best as an only cat or in a home where introductions can be handled carefully. He generally seems to do okay with dogs, although he hasn't had a great deal of experience living with them. This is a very difficult decision for me. I have to move, and unfortunately, it simply isn't possible for me to take Harley with me. I truly hate having to let him go because I love him very much.

Aliona came to us to help a family friend out. Unfortunately the friend was not able to take her back and we had got a puppy in the mean time. Aliona did not take to our dog even though we made many attempts. Now every time they see each other it’s stressful for them and us. So we would really like to see her loved in a home without the stress she is experiencing. Aliona came from a house with two other cats and we were told they got a long well. She is currently an outside and inside cat but I do believe she could adapt to being an inside cat as she does this through the winter season. She is a loving cat and sits on your lap and likes to be close to people. She is social with other cats as we and other neighbors see them together in the neighborhood. If Aliona got on well with our dog I wouldn’t need to do this but it’s for this reason only, that we would like to have her live out the rest of her life in a stress-free environment.Aliona is a very sweet cat and very smart.

My dad can no longer take care of him due to mental health, and my house has three cats already so unfortunately we have to rehome him.This is a friendly and affectionate older male Domestic Shorthair cat looking for his forever home. He is playful, cuddly, very talkative, and loves attention. He is litter box trained, fixed and has a beautiful brown tabby and white coat. We call him Sock Monkey but he doesn't seem to care what his name is as long as you treat him well.He's in good health however, he must be fed diet food to keep him under a certain weight or it will cause him to have blockage in his bladder. That may be off putting but its simple to avoid as long as you keep him at a healthy weight. He will be very vocal for food as he is very food motivated.Please give him a chance. He is so sweet and deserves to be loved. I really wish we could keep him he is such a loving boy.
