Story
We adopted our girl as a kitten in 2019 to be a companion for our French bulldog, and she’s been a wonderful, loving member of our family ever since. She has no health issues and is up to date on all her care. Unfortunately we’re relocating to a small rental in the NYC area with two kids and a third on the way, and one of our children has a severe allergy to her. Between the space and the allergy, we’re just not able to give her the home she deserves anymore, and it’s breaking our hearts. She’s an extremely affectionate cat, more so than most. She loves physical closeness, follows people around the house, and thrives on attention. She does best as the only pet in the home, as she doesn’t get along with other dogs or cats. We’re looking for someone (or a family) who can give her the calm, single-pet household she needs and match her level of love. She deserves someone who will adore her the way we have.

This has been one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. She has been deeply loved for many years, and my only goal is to find someone who can give her the peaceful, stable life she deserves.I believe she deserves a home where she can receive more one-on-one attention, live in a calmer environment, and simply enjoy being herself. As a veterinary technician, I've always made her health a priority. Tarte is up to date on her veterinary care and recently had a dental cleaning. She is a healthy, loving cat who enjoys affection and does best with consistency and a predictable routine.Over time, living with multiple cats and large dog in a very small space has become stressful for her. Story
Morty is a sweet and sometimes aloof cat. He is very affectionate but does take some time to adjust to new surroundings and people. He has a urinary issue that is manageable. He will use a litter box but has been spraying next to the litter box. We have been using pads on the wall for protection. He only started doing it since we had kids. So we are thinking it is related as everything else we have tried has not worked. If he can’t find a home we will have to figure out an alternative solution like a shelter.

Story
Swaggy is 5 years old. He’s very friendly and snuggly. We are also looking for a new home for his brother, Gary, and would prefer they get adopted together but it’s not a must. We sadly have to find them a new home because our 3 old son is very allergic.

Story
Rollo is a mighty little Viking with a larger-than-life personality and a purr that could rival a longship's battle drum! This handsome black-and-white warrior is playful, fearless, and always ready for a wrestling match with his siblings. He embodies everything people love about a classic boy kitten—curious, energetic, and constantly seeking his next adventure. His soulful eyes can melt hearts in an instant, even when he's busy stirring up a little kitten mischief. A unique white marking on his backside serves as his own tiny "battle banner," making him easy to spot among his Viking clan. Though brave and adventurous, Rollo also has a soft side. The moment you give him attention, his purr engine roars to life. He loves affection, snuggles, and soaking up time with his people. Like the rest of his clan, he still enjoys comfort-suckling on soft blankets, a sweet reminder that even the fiercest Viking enjoys a little coziness. Rollo must be adopted with another kitten or go to a home with another kitten or young cat already in residence. If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate sidekick with endless charm and a legendary purr, Rollo is ready to join your saga. Rollo has been neutered, is current on age-appropriate vaccines, has tested negative for Fiv/FeLV and is microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Rollo and have another kitten or young cat in your home or are interested in adopting two kittens, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt).
