Story
We adopted our girl as a kitten in 2019 to be a companion for our French bulldog, and she’s been a wonderful, loving member of our family ever since. She has no health issues and is up to date on all her care. Unfortunately we’re relocating to a small rental in the NYC area with two kids and a third on the way, and one of our children has a severe allergy to her. Between the space and the allergy, we’re just not able to give her the home she deserves anymore, and it’s breaking our hearts. She’s an extremely affectionate cat, more so than most. She loves physical closeness, follows people around the house, and thrives on attention. She does best as the only pet in the home, as she doesn’t get along with other dogs or cats. We’re looking for someone (or a family) who can give her the calm, single-pet household she needs and match her level of love. She deserves someone who will adore her the way we have.

This has been one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. She has been deeply loved for many years, and my only goal is to find someone who can give her the peaceful, stable life she deserves.I believe she deserves a home where she can receive more one-on-one attention, live in a calmer environment, and simply enjoy being herself..As a veterinary technician, I've always made her health a priority. Tarte is up to date on her veterinary care and recently had a dental cleaning. She is a healthy, loving cat who enjoys affection and does best with consistency and a predictable routine.Over time, living with multiple cats and large dog in a very small space has become stressful for her. Story
Morty is a sweet and sometimes aloof cat. He is very affectionate but does take some time to adjust to new surroundings and people. He has a urinary issue that is manageable. He will use a litter box but has been spraying next to the litter box. We have been using pads on the wall for protection. He only started doing it since we had kids. So we are thinking it is related as everything else we have tried has not worked. If he can’t find a home we will have to figure out an alternative solution like a shelter.

Story
Peter Parker is a 3-year-old, neutered, short-haired boy with the softest, silkiest coat. His name fits him perfectly because if he were a person, he’d definitely be Tom Holland—sweet, charming, a little awkward at first, and incredibly lovable once you get to know him. He’s litter trained, very smart, and easily trainable. Peter does great with kids and has a gentle personality. Around dogs, he’s a little standoffish at first but tolerates them well once he realizes they’re not a threat. Peter is being rehomed through absolutely no fault of his own. This has been a very difficult decision for our family, and our only goal is to find him a safe, loving home where he will be cherished. If you think Peter Parker might be the missing member of your family, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself and the home you can offer him. Finding the right match is my top priority. ❤️

Story
Meet Pascal — a beautiful flame point Siamese with a tender, cloud soft heart. At 3 years and 8 months old, he’s the definition of gentle affection. He adores being brushed, doted on, and loved in any form — if you have hands, Pascal believes they were made for petting him. After a tough few weeks adjusting to a new home without his family, Pascal has remained sweet, patient, and quietly devoted. He feels deeply, bonds deeply, and blossoms once he knows he’s safe. Pascal loves people of all ages and is happy with another furry friend or as the only pet soaking up attention. He’s polite with new animals, allows brushing and grooming, and has zero hissy tendencies — just sweetness. He’s litter box trained, enjoys wet and dry food, and thinks treats and catnip are tiny bits of magic. Easygoing and affectionate, Pascal brings warmth to every corner of a home. Pascal has been neutered, is up to date on vaccines, FeLV/FIV negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Pascal, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt).
