This is Maxie. Maxie is my baby and means the world to me but at this point I don’t believe my family is the right fit for her and her needs. She does not to do well with other animals and the reason why I’m rehoming her is my mom is battling cancer and no longer can take care of my childhood cat and he needs to live with me but that causes Maxie to no longer use the litter box. I love her but it’s not fair to keep her in a situation that makes her stressed. She’ll use the litter box just fine as long as there’s no scent of other cats.

Once terrified of everything, she's now a loyal companion.• Never sick a day in her life, current on all vaccines, perfect at the vet• Picks her person, then head-nudges for attention and naps at your side all day• Likes petting in short doses and tells you clearly when she's done• Has gently mouthed or scratched only when pushed past her limits or handled roughly by a young child; best with older kids• Forgiving: we've accidentally stepped on her and she's never turned on us• Shy with new people; needs a little time to warm up• Was best friends with our dog and grew close to our son's cat; slow introductions to other pets go well• Indoor-only and loves her "meat yogurts" (the lickable meat-paste tube treats)She thrives in a calm home where someone is usually around. He loves to play and he purrs loud when he plays, especially with Lazer light pointers. He's curious, loves to climb, loves to watch the birds and loves to snuggle. He's also a bit of an odd ball who loves lemon and lime juice and tug of war with string. Cuddle time and play time are his two favorite part of the day

We adopted Tina from Petco about two years ago when she was still a kitten. She is now about 2 years old. Tina is very sweet, playful, and affectionate. She loves being around people and is a great companion. She follows me around the house and always wants to be nearby. She loves playing with little balls and running between the chairs like they are her own little gym. She also loves food and always seems to be hungry. We are looking for a loving home where Tina can be happy and get lots of attention and affection. She has never been around children, so we are not sure how she would do with them. We just want to find a family who will love her and take good care of her.
