Story
India was brought into our home by a teenage daughter many moons ago. Now, all of our kids have moved out and it is just me, the wife, and the cat. I am sensitive to cats in that my sinuses and bronchial tubes flare up and cause lots of health issues. Plus, my wife has terminal cancer so we don’t know what obstacles may arise from her illness. We are also visiting family out of state as much as we can right now causing concerns for her care when we are gone. India is a somewhat of a nice cat. She likes someone to sit by her when she eats. She can use a litter box but also goes to the door to go outside. She likes sitting by us when we watch tv. The grandkids seem safe around her but she doesn’t like to be picked up and held. I am guessing she is 10 to 12 years old. I am willing to pay up to $150 for her to get any needed shots. We are just hoping for someone to love and care for India for the remainder of her nine lives.

Story
Vex is a sweet cat who loves attention and giving biscuits! My brother fell on hard times and I have been watching her until he gets his footing. Unfortunately, he has informed that he cannot take her back. I have my senior cat, Misha, that Vex gets along with just fine. She is aloof, loves to play, but is also content doing her own thing. She would be a great pet for anyone looking for a pet to share with their family or as a single companion!

Story
Dan is a tiny triumph of a kitten—born the runt, rescued at four weeks old at half the size of his siblings, and determined from day one to catch up. He’s still small for his age, but he’s an over comer through and through, gaining weight, building muscle, and proving that heart matters more than size. His fur is light, sparse, and adorably wispy, with little polka dots on his tummy and a short, nubby tail that gives him a uniquely charming look. Despite his petite frame, Dan is bold—almost fearless—happily taking on his much larger siblings in play battles and usually winning through sheer enthusiasm. He’s a precious, sweet little party waiting to happen: vocal, lively, and full of personality. When he’s not entertaining everyone, he loves nothing more than snuggling close and falling asleep on his person, purring himself into a warm, contented nap. Dan is well socialized and gets along beautifully with his foster family’s three adult cats. He’d be a wonderful fit for a home that appreciates a tiny kitten with a huge spirit and an even bigger heart. Ready for adoption now! Dan is ready to find his forever family. Kittens do best when raised with another kitten or young cat. Our kittens’ new homes must have at least one other young cat or kitten. All of our kittens are indoor only cats. Dan is litter box trained, neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines for his age. If you are interested in adopting Dan, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt). Story
Say a warm hello to Cherry and Strawberry. These two little girls are just 11 weeks old and ready for their forever homes. We are only interested in adopting them together. They love each other and do everything together. They will be wonderful companions for their new family and for each other. They have been raised in a foster home with other cats and dogs (Cherry is wary of dogs but does get used to them; Strawberry loves them). They both love food, toys, snuggles and kids. They are indoor only cats and cannot go to a home where they will be let outside. These girls are spayed, litter box trained, microchipped and current on age appropriate vaccines. If you are interested in adopting Cherry and Strawberry, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt).
