Hello World. My name is Rolo and I am very exotic looking. When the sunlight shines on me you can see spots of milk chocolate floating in a sea of creamy caramel. Only difference is I am not wrapped in foil candy paper like a roll of Rolos. My world was not always like a candy bar, sweet. At some point in my life I had a family who loved me. My foster mom talks about how good I am with kids. I like female dogs when they are Introduced to me slowly. I love them. I love puppies. I love to play. I am nervous when I meet someone. But that changes quickly and I become the life of the party. Rolo would do best with children over 8- 10 years old and older. Dogs if they are Introduced slowly. Cats are unknown. He loves older children and being loved on. Rolo would be great on hikes, long power walks, and camping. Next step is to request an application for adopting me. adoption donation : $599 weight 38lbs Age 6 months       Charlie is a sweet and friendly girl who loves everyone she meets. She was found abandoned at a truckstop in a rural part of Mississippi and luckily rescued by Wags. At the rescue, she is having a blast running and playing with all the dogs, she just loves other pups! In the house, she is mellow and chill and loves to follow her Foster Mom around.  Charlie has been spayed and vaccinated and is ready to travel to the northeast as soon as the weekend of August 9th. Charlie is housebroken at Wags but like any rescue pup will likely need some training as she adjusts to a new home. She has beautiful and appeared to be a Catahola Leopard dog, very common in Mississippi and known to be very smart and loving dogs. Charlie is just the best, she will  make a wonderful  member of the family.    Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter. Most of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. We do have some of our dogs in foster homes in the northeast, we always need foster homes! BEING FOSTERED IN CT This cute little boy with brilliant blue eyes is full of fun and ready to share it with you! He is a typical puppy.... loves to meet new people, loves to play with other dogs, loves his toys, loves to snuggle and loves to give kisses. He is one big love bug! Luke is also very treat motivated, so will easily learn what you would like to teach him. Luke's foster mom says "He LOVES to play ball outside. He goes and goes, but when we come inside, will settle right down for a nap or grab a bone or another toy. He is great at entertaining himself. Luke is a fan of car rides and all the smells that accompany them and seems to treat every new experience as the best adventure ever! He is so wiggly and cute when greeting you. We are working on keeping paws on the ground, and on being a better leash walker right now." Luke is about 9 months old and 40lbs. We received Millie about a year ago from a friend who knew someone who had a puppy they wanted to find a new home for. They had her living in a crate outdoors 24 hours a day and she was underfed. We wanted to rescue her so we took her in. She's a mixed breed but we're not sure what exactly she is. We think she might have some Rhodesian Ridgeback in her based on her coloring and body shape. We housetrained her and taught her the "sit" command but she could use some training in other areas. She's a sweet dog, however, she seems to have some anxiety when it comes to strangers, especially men. She has a lot of energy and it is a little overwhelming for us as we have a new baby. We also have an older dog who doesn't have the energy to play with her all the time like she wants to. We have a small fenced in area in our yard but she needs more space to run around. She needs a home with someone who has the time and patience to train her and give her the attention she deserves.
