He is now settling beautifully into his foster home, and his foster mom has nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Meet Scout Scout is a beautiful 2–3-year-old Catahoula mix with a kind heart and a striking coat that matches his gentle spirit. Weighing around 50 pounds, he’s the perfect medium-sized companion who’s ready for a fresh start. Originally found as a stray, Scout endured the stress of the Arkansas kill shelter for some time and was at risk for being euthanized. Now that he’s safe in Wisconsin, his wonderful personality is shining through even more. Foster Mom’s Report Scout’s foster mom says he has settled in amazingly well. He’s great with kids and does wonderfully with their other dogs. He’s very friendly, people-oriented, and highly food-motivated. He walks nicely on a leash and remains gentle in everything he does. He was calm and patient for his bath and handled it very well. Scout is also very expressive with his paws and loves to “hold your hand.” He doesn’t really jump on you, but he will gently lift himself up to say hello, which his foster family is working on. Story
Meet Bella the Catahoula Mix ***** Fostered in Franklin, Wi ***** Bella is an adorable 4 month old, female, catahoula mix. She has a beautiful leopard print coat and the prettiest eyes! She currently weighs 21 pounds and we expect her to be a medium-sized adult. Bella found herself in a tough situation when she was abandoned with her sister, Fluffy, in rural Texas. She was rescued by a Good Samaritan and brought to the shelter. She is excited to come to Wisconsin and have her very own family. She enjoys people of all ages and gets along well with other dogs. She is working on her potty training in Texas, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home in WI as she is just a young puppy. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. If you’re not already familiar with our group, please feel free to visit our Group Page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TxRescueRidersCommunity If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt. Thank you for supporting our efforts to bring Texas dogs north to loving homes! You can read more about us at https://facebook.com/TxRescueRiders (Texas Rescue Riders). Story
If you are looking for a cuddle buddy, Atlas is the guy for you. His unique looks and amazingly sweet and inquisitive personality are products of his rich breed mixture. Atlas (also known as "Mr. Steal Your Heart and Pillow") enjoys long walks, short car rides, exploring, cooling off in creeks, lounging around the house, playing tug, unstuffing plush toys, wrestling and playing the bitey face game with his doggy sibling, cuddling in bed, and anything else that allows him to spend time with his family. At almost 3 years old, he has outgrown most undesirable puppy behaviors, but is still an active boy who requires adequate exercise. He does well with children and other dogs. He has done well with cats! He likes to lead walks and can be overly eager to meet new dog friends, so some training in those areas is recommended. He also gets overwhelmed in busy settings and sometimes experiences stranger danger so it is advised to avoid crowded settings unless addressed by a trainer. He is overnight crate trained, but he becomes anxious when left in the crate for extended periods of time during the day so his ideal home would have a pet parent who is home for the greater part of the day. Atlas is learning how to pull carts. He is a very smart dog and seeks to please his owners. Atlas is house/potty trained, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventatives. If you would like to meet this handsome guy and make him part of your family, please complete an application at https://forrescue.net/dog-application/

🃏 Rummy — The Sweet Little Wild Card of the Game Night Crew 🃏Introducing Rummy — the tiniest, sweetest little wild card from our Game Night Crew litter. At 11 weeks old, this small Pyrenees mix is the kind of puppy who looks at you with those big, soulful eyes like she’s figuring out the rules of life…and also maybe winning.Rummy is soft, cuddly, gentle, and just a little bit silly — the perfect combination for a pup whose siblings include Uno, Yahtzee, and Checkers. Each one has their own personality, but Rummy? She’s the sweet one, the snuggly one, the “I just want to be near you” one.She loves her brother Uno, loves her humans even more, and believes wholeheartedly that the best playtime is the kind where you can still touch your foster mom’s leg.She uses potty pads like a little champ, sleeps and plays in her puppy enclosure with her crate door open, and fusses for about 20 seconds in her crate before settling in like a good girl. She’s affectionate, people-loving, and full of gentle puppy curiosity. She’s not leash trained yet, not fully housebroken, and can’t hold it long in a crate — because, well…she’s 11 weeks old.Her job is to be cute, cozy, clumsy, and collectible… like all great game pieces.Rummy is the kind of pup who will grow into a loyal, loving companion — the type who curls into your lap during movie night and follows you from room to room like a fuzzy little shadow. If you’ve been waiting for a puppy with sweetness, softness, and a sprinkle of mischief…you just drew the winning card.⸻📌 ADOPTION DETAILS:📍 Location: Nashotah, WI🍼 Age: 11 weeks🐾 Breed Guess: Pyrenees mix✨ Size: Small puppy🚽 Housebreaking: Not yet; uses potty pads🐶 Dog Friendly: Yes (loves her brother Uno)🐱 Cat Friendly: Not tested🧒 Kid Friendly: Yes🦮 Leash Trained: No — just a puppy🛏 Crate: Fuss at first, then settles; can’t be crated long due to age❤️ Vetting: UTD on age-appropriate vaccines; microchip coming soon✂️ Spay/Neuter: Too young💵 Adoption Fee: $500 + $150 spay/neuter contract👉 Apply to adopt Rummy: www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Uno — The First Pick, The Crowd Favorite, The Puppy Who Always Wins Hearts 🂡(Game Night Crew — Round 2)If you’ve ever played Uno, you know there’s always that one card everyone wants in their hand.In this litter… that card is Uno.At just 11 weeks old, this small Pyrenees mix boy has already mastered the art of being irresistibly cute. One look into those soft puppy eyes and you’re done — consider yourself reverse-carded straight into love.Uno is playful, snuggly, curious, gentle, and just the right level of clumsy. He and his sister Rummy are two peas in a game-night pod — tumbling, wrestling, napping like synchronized champions, and following their humans like tiny fuzzy shadows. He’s doing great with potty pads, learning the ropes of crate time, and sleeping safely in his puppy enclosure with the crate door open. He’ll fuss for a moment, then settle in with a little sigh that melts your whole soul.Leash training? Nope — he’s too busy being adorable.Housebreaking? Working on it — he’s a puppy.Manners? Developing — with bonus points for enthusiasm.Uno is affectionate, people-loving, and happiest when he’s curled up near his human or stretched out on his sibling like a warm, wiggly teddy bear.If you’ve been waiting for a puppy who’s sweet, snuggly, goofy, and guaranteed to win every round of “Who’s the cutest?” — Uno is your boy.Draw him into your life… and you’ll never want to reshuffle.⸻📌 ADOPTION DETAILS:📍 Location: Nashotah, WI🍼 Age: 11 weeks🐾 Breed Guess: Pyrenees mix✨ Size: Small puppy🚽 Housebreaking: Not yet; uses pee pads🐶 Dog Friendly: Yes🐱 Cat Friendly: Yes🧒 Kid Friendly: Yes🦮 Leash Trained: No — still a baby🛏 Crate: Fuss at first, then settles; may have accidents due to age❤️ Vetting: UTD on age-appropriate vaccines; microchip coming soon✂️ Spay/Neuter: Too young💵 Adoption Fee: $500 + $150 spay/neuter contract👉 Apply to adopt Uno: www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Story
2 years old (estimated) Spayed Female 45 lbs. Has done well with another dog at the shelter No known experience with cats or children June Bug is a sweet, energetic dog who previously lived with very young children and did great with them. She loves staying active, especially swimming, running outside, and going for walks. She knows sit, shake, and lay down, and while she can get a little jumpy when excited, she settles in after burning off some energy. She has even been around cows and enjoyed trying to herd them. Returned through no fault of her own, June Bug is ready for her next adventure with a family who appreciates her playful spirit. The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.December 2, 2025, 10:33 am
