Needs special attention,
Story
Meet our miracle puppy Cassie who was Born in April 2021 and weighs about 6 pounds. Cassie has a heart defect and the veterinarian told us that she would not live more than 10 weeks old. Here we are over a year later and she's not only living she's thriving! Cassie is the HAPPIEST girl!! Cassie gets along great with her foster brothers and sisters, but loves kitties! She loves to run and play! She likes her toys and is one of the happiest little girls you will ever meet! Cassie is special needs, because of her heart condition she cannot go under for surgery, (any surgery) this will mean a secure yard is required, though she should not be left outside. Cassie is current on her vaccinations but cannot be spayed. Her ideal home would have a calmer, older but playful dog and a very dog friendly cat for her to cuddle with. She is such a sweet, loving little girl. Story
Lucy is a sweet and adorable girl! She is a 1 year old, 9 pound, tan colored, Chihuahua. She and another dog, we named Ricky were found by a good Samaritan out in the country two months ao. They picked the right person to help them as she has fostered for AFC before! She stepped up for these two and is fostering again. FOSTERING SAVES LIVES! Lucy is looking for her forever home. Her ideal placement is an adult only home. She wants to be the only dog in the home. She needs an owner willing to be patient with her and to socialize her properly. She needs a CALM environment. Her foster mom says she is very timid but very energetic. She is okay with cats. She is mostly house broken but is used to being taken out on a schedule. She will need leash training. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Do you have it in your heart to help a shy pup? With lots of love she should blossom!
