Meet Sheldon 🕺Sheldon is a 13yr old, 6lb, Chihuahua. You may say Sheldon is old, but you would never know, except he does sleep a lot. Sheldon loves his people, and believe it or not he loves to play. Sheldon is blind, but that doesn’t bother him and he learns his area quickly. Sheldon will lay on his back and loves to “wrestle”. Sheldon loves his belly rubbed,he gets so excited, it usually ends up being gentle wrestle play. Sheldon does sleep a lot, I call it power naps for his next play session. If you are looking for an older dog with still some play in him Sheldon is your guy. Sheldon loves to be held, and would make a great travel buddy since he really doesn’t care what’s going on around him as long as he is with his people. Sheldon is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date on his rabies vaccine.

Story
Bingo is a 2 year old male medium sized mutt. We have no idea what his mix is, but he appears to be a cross between a shepherd and a smaller breed, as he is only 35 lbs and full grown. Bingo is friendly with people and dogs once he warms up to them. He has not been observed with cats or young kids. Bingo is medium energy: he loves walks and couch time. Bingo was found as a stray and taken to a high kill shelter. He was set to be euthanized due to overpopulation, so we pulled him. He was shy but sweet at the shelter. He has become very friendly and playful in his foster home. He loves going on walks with his foster parents’ dogs and cuddling with his foster mom.

Cash is a 6 year old male, 20 lbs, house trained sweet dog. I adopted Cash when he was 4 months from Hop Along Adoption. Due to severe allergies, I need to rehome Cash. He is good with other pets after his nerves settle, he is really playful and loves hugs. I have a small grand daughter and he is good with her, follows her around. She loves a walk around the block and will help aerate lawns by enthusiastically back-kicking after potties. Lady Bug is food motivated and smart. While she's a calm, mature gal (est. 7 years old) she happily dances at meal time and wakes up with smiles and gallops to greet each day. She's learned to go in her crate on command and responds well to gentle 'ah ah's. Lady Bug is timid around strangers - she barks and growls -but just needs a few minutes to get to know them and then is all wags. Cold morning temperatures make her shiver, so she would enjoy living somewhere hot where she could sun bathe. Not a super barky little girl; however, she feels it is her duty to let the mailman know he offends her by being in her eyesight. Lady Bug has learned to get along with the big labrador she currently lives with. At the dog park, she interacted with little dogs well and appeared to want to play. She has seen cats, but does not have much interest in them. Lady Bug has not been tested with kids but, because she is so small, gentle children over 10 would be bestLady Bug came to us as a stray and it's evident from her behavior of needing to be close to her person, she would benefit from confidence building.
